Will the Timbrens for a 2019 Honda Odyssey Raise Ground Clearance
Question:
I have a 2019 Honda Odyssey elite and I can no longer park in the driveway because it scrapes around the catalytic converter area when going over the hump where my sidewalk is. I learned that the ground clearance on the odyssey is only 4.5 inches which is in adequate. Will these T26FR rubber s increase my ground clearance to reduce scraping and if so by how much? Also, will it make for a stiff ride when only carrying the kids and no cargo?

Expert Reply:
The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # T26FR which is a fit for a 2018 Honda Odyssey is not designed to lift the vehicle, rather reduce sag which in a way can be viewed as lifting. In other words, if you are loaded with cargo and the vehicle sags or squats then installing the Timbrens can raise the ride height. It however would not raise the ride height unloaded.
