Connor: Hey guys, how's it going Connor here today at etrailer.com. We're going to be taking a look at the DeeZee Custom-Fit Truck Bed Mat here for our 2019 Ram 1500 with a 5-1/2' bed. our DeeZee Custom-Fit Truck Bed Mat is going to be an excellent option here. As we can see, it's made of a very thick 3/8" thick rubber. It also has some cords infused for added strength and durability. So in addition to this, we're going to see we have some cleats on the other side here, and this is going to help our cover from sliding around in the bed.

It's going to have a nice and tight firm grip. If we take a look at the surface of our truck bed mat here, we'll see we have these nice little grooves here. These are essentially going to help us with grip.We're not going to have to worry about our items sliding around or in the back of the truck bed out driving on the road. So as we mentioned, our truck bed mat here is actually a custom fit. It's going to be specifically designed to contour the edges of our truck bed here.

You can see this just makes a nice clean look. It also gives us a tight fit and the best functionality. So in regards to truck bed mats, we have a couple of different options to choose from. There's the more popular type which is made of carpet. And we have our rubber bed mat, which we have here.

Now, the rubber bed mat is actually going to be perfect if we're going to be using our truck like a truck. We're going to be able to haul some of the bulkier items and we're not going to have to worry about scratching our truck bed.We're not going to have to worry about them sliding around in the back of the truck bed. And best of all, if we want to haul any materials such as mulch or any sort of yard work, we're going to be able to easily clean this off because we can just hose it down to clean it. So just another reason I really like this rubber truck bed mat is if we take a look here, we're going to be able to conform the rubber to pretty much anything we need. This customer has an underbed gooseneck hitch installed.

So we went ahead and cut three holes in the truck bed mat here, so we still have access to our hitch ball and our safety chain loops. Also, if your particular truck is equipped with a factory prep package, we can easily cut out the circles where the pucks lay so we can install it, install our fifth wheel hitch.
