Today we're going to take a look at the 6" tall Rear Hanger Bracket for 2-1/2" wide Slipper Spring. Now this heavy duty rear bracket will connect the slipper end of the slipper spring to your trailer. The hanger will suspend the spring from the trailer frame by providing a resting place for the slipper end of the spring. It is a weld-on installation, attaches to the underside of the trailer frame. Now, this hanger is specifically designed for trailers with 9,000 lb, 10,000 lb, or 12,000 lb Hayes axles. It is for a quantity of one hanger. Again, the application, this for the rear of the Slipper Spring.
I do want to give you some overall dimensions. The length from this edge to this edge it's going to be right at 4". The height from the very bottom to the very top is going to be right at 7-3/4" tall. The overall width from end to end is right at 3-3/4 or 3-1/2" wide. The inside width where the spring would go is right at 2-3/4".
Again, this is designed to fit 2-1/2" wide slipper springs. When they call this a 6" tall rear hanger, basically if you measure from the center of the hole up to the top of the bracket, it would be right at 6". That should do it for the review on the 6" tall Rear Hanger Bracket for 2-1/2" wide slipper springs.
