Hello neighbors, I'm Steven here at etrailer.com. Today we're looking at this front hanger for a 2-1/2" wide slipper spring setup. It is 5-1/5" tall from the center of the hole to the top of the hangar itself. Now folks, this particular guy is configured as a front hanger and it will provide an attachment point for your leaf spring. And again, that hanger is gonna suspend that spring from the trailer frame. Now this particular guy is designed for trailers with 9,000, 10,000 or 12,000 pounds Hayes axles.
Now again, this fits a 2-1/2" wide slipper spring. Lemme get a ruler out here, but the inside measurement will fit a 2-1/2" wide slipper spring. It's gonna be a little over 2-1/2". That's so that spring could fit in there obviously. And then it's got some give and whatnot.
And then as far as the measurement here, we're going from the center of this hole to the top here on a flat plane, we get 5-1/4". Now this hole down here where the bolt goes, that is 3/4" wide. Now folks, this will work again with a 3/4" wide diameter suspension bolt. Those are sold separately. We do offer them in singles, kits.
We have regular bolts, we have wet bolts, they're called. So they have a grease circle on the end of the bolt, that kind of thing. That way you can grease them up easily if you want to. Those are all some different options you can find here at etrailer.com. Well folks, that's gonna do it for our look today at this front hanger again for 2-1/2" wide slipper springs.

spring hangers are more heavy duty than competiton. they are holding up very well. i am 100% satisfied.
