@Ron We're glad to hear that, the K-Source # KS80800 towing mirrors are working well for you!

Nice mirror extensions! Look good on my 2003 Chevy duramax diesel. Perfect fit and very easy installation!! I have an overhead camper on my truck and this will sure prevent an accident changing lanes now with these on. I will take them off when l’m not camping. Easy to do. I live in the low desert where we get extremely hot during the summer and the heat could possibly weaken the plastic? I don’t want to ruin them.

Robert

Wonderful!! I take them off when im not camping and bring them in the house.

Fit was great and they look like good on the truck. Can see along the sides of the trailer making lane changes much easier. Would recommend

Best towing mirror I've ever had. Easy install. Minimal mirror shake when in use. No worries about it falling off. Looks great, almost like an OE mirror. Truly a cusom fit. Highly recommend!

12/2/2013

These mirrors are for full-size GM trucks and SUVs like Silverado, Yukon, Sierra and Tahoe. They will not fit the Envoy or Trailblazer. You will need to look for a good universal towing mirror like K-Source part KS3891.

1999 Chevrolet Silverado

A year ago I purchased thisset of mirrors to use to tow my new travel trailer. I have used them on four trips and have them on right now ready to make my fifth trip. They work just fine and I am very satisfied with them. They will get out of adjustment a little at times, but for the price they perform betrer than expected.
The rhing I like about them. Etter than the ines I had before is the fit. They are made for my truck amd are wasy to snap on and off. Once rhey are on they stay put without straps etc.
Was nice to see etrailer come to me after a year wanting to know if I was satisfied with the purchase. Yes I am very satisfied.

by:

They work very well on my 2004 Tahoe. They look good enough I just leave them on all the time.

Mike M.

7/20/2020

The mirror’s work great. I leave them on most of the time. They snap on very tightly so I don’t bother with taking off until we quit camping for the year. A good prod for the price.

2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

The K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Trailer Mirrors are a excellent product and match the color of my original 2002 Chevy 1500 mirrors. Installation was a snap and the install video I reviewed before purchase reflected exactly what it took to pop them on my existing mirrors. I had them delivered by two day mail and they came before noon the second day.

I'm very impressed with the service and the product I received from etrailer.com

2003 Chevrolet Silverado

I would like to say that I am extremely satisfied with the extension mirrors I recently purchased for my 03 Chevy Silverado. I love the ease of the snap on application and the conforming fit to look as factory equipped. It was my intent to use them when pulling my RV but I have now decided to leave them attached all the time for daily use. Thank you.

We bought these beers because we have a RV coyote that we wanted to pull with our suburban. These mirrors are just the perfect fit for the situation. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for your timely response and getting these to us. We will be using you again in the future for our next truck needs.

These mirrors are superior to the more expensive ones I had that needed to be screwed down. The center fell out and lost so needed to buy a new pair. These mirrors fit so beautifully and look great. Had I bought these to begin with I would be buying a replacement today, they are so convienent to snap on and remove.

One must have it on mirror perfectly in order for bottom part to snap in.They do the job,I like them.

2005 GMCSierra

I finally had a chance to try out my new Trailer Tow Mirrors.
One of them had a misplaced foam strip inside, but that was easily corrected.
The passenger side snapped on Very firm and tight, and I was very pleased. The driver's side did not fit as tightly, but still clicked into place.
Both mirrors have a fair amount of vibration while on the road.
Not due to the snap on fit, but vibration in the mirror adjustment pivot area itself.
While it does vibrate and there is some distortion due to it, the mirrors are still very usable, and you can see what you need to.
And of course at low speed or during parking the vibration is Much less to not at all.
When we got back from the trip, I simply snapped them off, and put them back in the box, in the trailer, and they're ready for the next time.
I chose these mirrors over the other two, due to the one piece design, and that there were no extra or other loose parts needed, clamps, screw knobs etc. that you might lose or misplace.

Overall, I am Very Happy with my purchase and these mirrors.
A Great Product for the money.

A year and a half later, and Still Very Pleased with my purchase. Ive found that the passenger side truck mirror with the convex mirror, that the snap on mirror on that side doesnt really offer much more view, so most times I dont even put it on.The drivers side however is a Very Welcome Addition and works Very Well extending the view out and back.I use it Every time I pulled the enclosed.Like I said, Very happy with my purchase and recommend them.

2004 Chevrolet Silverado

Nice fit on the stock mirrors. Fit was a little tricky, be sure to start with the end clip closest to the vehicle and then clip the top, before trying to get the bottom snapped over. Once in place, they have held up well on our first two towing trips with our truck/camper. One mirror was good, other had a vibration at highway speed. There is a tiny screw on the back to access and tighten if you move the mirror all the way in, which made it much better. Really like that there aren't straps to dry rot anymore.

Robert

9/8/2016

They have held up great and have not needed any adjustment. Color still looks good with no UV fading. Better than any other tow mirrors I had tried before.

by:
2004 Chevrolet Avalanche

I wish I'd had these mirrors 15 years ago. I can finally see down the side of my two place sled trailer. That being said, man, these things are a pain to install. Probably didn't help that it was 6 degrees outside when I did it. I ended up removing 1 srip of tape from driver's side and 2 from passenger's side. Even then, it was a fight. They do bounce a little, but that will be corrected this Spring with a little Goop from Wal Mart. I plan to just keep them on year round. Great product. 4 stars for difficulty mounting and 2 stained elbows.??

2005 Chevrolet Silverado

New to the RV world and our truck did a not have extended mirror. Wanted a good fit, factory look, and functional mirror- nailed it! I was suspect on this unit, but it looks like a factory installed unit. Fit was nice and tight, and once on you could not even tell it was a snap one unit. I have not done a road test yet, so I will update my post once on the highway. Very happy. Note- every time I want info on pulling my trailer, I go to etrailer.com. Their reviews, videos, and extensive knowledge and help is unbeatable. If you are new like I am, or think you know it all, do yourself a favor and and check it out first at etrailer.com.

These Towing Mirrors are excellent ! They were out of the box and on the truck ready to use in less than 5 minutes !
As a former tractor semi-trailer driver, i appreciate a good product that makes my drive easier, more enjoyable, and safer.
These mirrors made towing my 30 FT travel trailer much easier .
I would recommend this product to anyone who tows large trailers with a pickup truck or SUV.
Thank you for the excellent customer service Patrick @ etrailer.com

2003 Chevrolet Silverado

Received the Mirrors for towing in a timely order and the box had been damaged but the Mirror's were fine. I tried to put one on and couldn't get the bottom to snap. So I rearranged the tape inside and used a additional tool to assist in latching the bottom of mirror. Think problem I had is that if you have any arthritis in your hands it's a little harder to install. Like the mirrors and adjusted just fine, good vision. Thanks.

Gregg

1/28/2015

Just some advice , if you allow the plastic of the mirrors to warm up quite a bit , ie: leave them in direct sun or indoors they will install quite easily without tools. Thanks, Gregg

Ford Edge

Out of the box, the mirrors didn't fit properly. I couldn't get the bottom snaps to fit over the edge like they are supposed to. So, I just used a heat gun to slightly soften that area and expanded it just a little. That did the trick. It takes some effort to unlatch the bottom clip so I'm confident the mirrors will not fall off. It's a good design. The actual reflective part of the mirror is easy to adjust and has a greater range of movement than my last mirrors - the ones that fell off. We are looking forward to getting on the road in a couple of weeks for a real test.

These mirrors are just what we needed with the boat we have. I can see down both sides. I'd read some reviews where vibration was mentioned as a problem. I noticed it as well. The solution?.... a dab of silicone sealant at 11, 3 & 7 o'clock on the passenger side and the corresponding spots on the driver side. Just enough to bridge from the mirror to the housing is all you need. Should be able to remove it down the road, if necessary.

Bob S.

These mirrors are just the ticket for towing our pontoon boat. Can see both sides behind us going down the road and they especially help when backing up.

by:

It was cold out (32 degrees) when I installed. I couldn’t get bottom to snap on mirror. Took heat gun and used on inside, they snapped on easily!
Fit is good and look like factory mirror??
I don’t see much vibration and what little there is acceptable. I would highly recommend. One last comment, first time ordering from ETRAILER. Customer service was a ten!

Ford Flex

The mirrors are just what I hoped for.
The
installation was a little more difficult than the instructions report. The good news is that the mirrors have a very secure feel and there is no vibration. I sat the mirrors in the sunshine to make the plastic more flexible and I still had to use a screw driver to flex open the bottom tabs before they would lock into place.

Easy to install, very little Shake or vibration while traveling down the highway. Excellent visibility down the side of vehicle and toel trailer. Highly recommend these mirrors as I've had other poor quality ones in the past. Little more difficult to take off until you find the right positioning but that's after having them on for months at a time. A great product!

  • Which Slip On Towing Mirrors Fit a 2006 Chevy Silverado with Chrome Mirrors
According to K-Source, their # KS80800 mirrors will fit if the backs of your mirrors have the chrome piece that doesn't completely cover the back of the mirror. If the back of the mirror is completely chrome, none of the slip on or snap on mirrors we offer would be a fit. We do however offer a Cipa Universal Fit Deluxe Towing Mirror, part # 11650 that would mount to the door as shown in the video I've linked for you.
