The LiteRider tonneau offers a nice selection of features at a reasonable price. This truck-bed cover rolls up so that you can haul bulky items and rolls down to shield and secure your vehicle's bed and cargo. The custom-fit tonneau sits 1-1/2 inches above your truck bed and keeps air from getting caught by the tailgate, thus reducing drag. That can improve your gas mileage by up to 10 percent. And the exclusive Access Slantback fit angles toward your tailgate to give your truck a stylish, streamlined look.

Rolled Access Lite Rider tonneau cover with straps

Velcro closures on the sides help seal the cover to your truck box and allow you to peel it back quickly for loading. The tonneau stores neatly behind your cab, secured by Quick Clip straps - tough nylon strapping that connects to ultra-strong buckles.

The cover is constructed of double coated, reinforced UV-blocking vinyl, so it won't fade in the hot sun. The material stays flexible down to -40 F and won't shrink, regardless of the temperature. Aluminum bows act as ribbing to support your cover and make it easy to roll up.

EZ Dial tension adjuster for LightRider tonneau cover

Customize the cover tension using the EZ-Dials at the front of the cover, near your cab. Just dial them up or down to change the fit. A weather flap runs along the tailgate to help keep out dirt, rain, snow and ice.

Tite Bite clamp for LiteRider tonneau cover

The contoured, black powder coated aluminum tonneau rails resist rust. They sit inside your truck-bed rails so that you can still use stake-pocket-mounted accessories, such as ladder racks and tie-down anchors. Easily install the rails on a truck with an under-the-rail, drop-in bed liner. Over-the-rail liners can be cut to allow room for the installation clamps. The tonneau's rails attach easily to your truck-bed side rails using Tight Bite clamps. The specially designed teeth on these clamps seize the integrated ridges in the rails, ensuring a firm grip.

Auto Latch on Access Lite Rider tonneau coverSlide lock for Access LiteRider tonneau cover

Once the tonneau cover is unrolled and in place, the AutoLatch engages automatically to hold the tonneau closed. To unlatch the cover, simply pull the cord for easy, one-hand operation. For added security, lock the tonneau using the slide lock opposite the latch. And locking the cover won't interfere with your tailgate - open and close it as usual or add a tailgate lock (sold separately) to get secure storage for your cargo. Cover your assets with this tonneau from Access.

Video Transcript for Access LiteRider Tonneau Cover Installation - 2010 Ford F-150

Today on this 2010 Ford F-150, we are going to install part number 834532004737, the Access tonneau cover LiteRider. The first thing that we need to do is install the side rails that go into the bed of the truck. Alright, we are going to take our first rail. We are working with the driver side. We are just going to hold it up to the inside edge of the top rail of the truck and we will make sure that this edge is flush with this or maybe a little bit higher will work just fine. You will notice on the rail here that we have this plastic edge here. That is where the back part of the tonneau cover locks into place. You want to have this towards the back of the truck when you install the rails. Scoot it all the way towards the front and make sure that touches the front rail. Once we have it the way we want, we are just going to use a clamp just to hold it in place. We will start working on the clamps that will hold it permanently in place. Take your clamp, push it into place. I like to go as far as I can on the inside edge of the rail and try to go as far back as possible. 1:03

And then let us go ahead and snug it down. Now let us go to the front part of the rail and let us go ahead and make any adjustments if we need to. Alright, let us just make sure that we have it at the right height, just like the back side. Now you want to try to put it as far forward as possible. Now, there may be stuff inside the bed that will get in the way too, underneath this edge right here. So, just try to get it as far as you can. Now let us go to the middle of the bed and go ahead and put in our third clamp. We you put your third clamp in there, just make sure you get it as centered as possible. If you have something again underneath the rail here, that is ok. As long as you keep it as close to the middle as possible it is good. Once we have it the way we want it, let us go ahead and snug it down for good. OK, we have one side done. Let us go to the passenger side of the truck and repeat the same process. 2:07

OK, when you have your rails installed, double check to make sure that this flat part right here is reasonably level. If it is tilting up a little bit, like this, you may have to adjust the clamps. To bring it back down a little bit, take the clamp and bring it down a few teeth and then try it again. The next thing we are going to do is to do some assembly work to the actual cover itself. This is how it is going to be rolled up onto the truck, sitting flat. So, we know which side is going to be the driver side and that is going to be the passenger side. We will flip it back over. We need to loosely install the tensioners. Now, the tensioners are marked left and right, see the L here for left. And what is going to happen is this is going to get set into the track just like this. And there is a nut preinstalled from the factory inside the track. So we are just going to set our adjuster on top of it. And we are going to set a flat washer and run a bolt through it, just enough that you get attached to the nut and leave it loose. And we do this on both sides. OK, let us go ahead and set our cover into place, in the front rail. You also want to make sure that your straps come below, on the inside of the bed of the truck too. That way, when you have it rolled up, it will wrap around and just latch on the other side. Now, we have our rail installed in between our two bed rails. Now you want to take a second. You can see how it moves back and forth. Make sure you have it even on both sides. I am just going to use my fingers just to roughly gage it. Once you have it set the way you want it, we will go ahead and connect it to the side rails. And remember this part here, the adjusters, we loosely bolted on. That is why we have them loose. So, it can sit like this. This will wrap around this rail right here. And this part will actually get bolted to the rail. This adjuster actually moves this in and out, as needed, to adjust the tension of the cover itself. 4:01

We are going to take a 3/8 bolt and we are just going to push it through here. And we are actually going to thread it in through the plastic part here. It is a tight fit and it is meant to be that way so we just have to thread it in. You do not have to crush it. Just nice and snug will work just fine. Alright, we have this set. Let us go ahead and tighten down this bolt here. This tightens the adjuster to the front rail, simple as that. Let us go over to the passenger side and do it one more time. At this point we can go ahead and roll back the tonneau cover and check to make sure we have proper clearance for the tailgate. It looks like a good fit. Now, if you did not have the clearance that you needed right here, you simply just raise the rails up and down just a little bit to gain what you need. Alright, now we have a couple more things to do. Let us go ahead and unlatch the tonneau cover. There is a strap on each side and you just pull them to the center. This one is spring loaded and the other one is not. So, you just undo the passenger side first and then you do your spring loaded on last. Then you can flip it right up. Let us roll it back up. The next thing we need to do is this kit comes with a special spacer right here that gets attached to the back wall of the bed itself. Basically, there is a little gap right here. And it kind of knocks down on the entry of air and water and stuff like that, and dust. Basically it is just a big sticker that gets stuck up in there. With our driver side done, let us go ahead and do it on the passenger side. 5:48

Alright, while we have the tonneau cover rolled up, we will go ahead and show you the straps that hold everything together when you have it rolled up. This little strap just snaps together. Give it a little quick tug. And everything is held together. When you are not using it, and you want to unroll it to cover up the bed, undo the snap, let it sit below and just roll everything back. Then we will take the sides of the cover and just push it into place. It might be a good idea too on the other side to pull it a little bit towards you and then push down the Velcro, to help take out any slack. And with that, our install is complete. And there you have it for part number 834532004737 on a 2010 Ford F-150.

I haven’t taken it out of the box yet. I’m sure it is great!!

by:

I would have given five stars but I felt additional lock washers were needed on the head piece were it connects to the side rails. Not a big deal, I used a few that I had in the garage.

by:

Have had the cover for 1 year and am very happy with it. I installed it myself and took my time, following the instructions. About 3 months ago one of the aluminum clamps began to loosen so I tightened it - that happens with aluminum.

by:

It looks really good once installed. Installation took about 2 hours. I didn't like the clamps so once it was in position I drilled and put stainless hardware in.

by:

This is a rock solid, lightweight bike rack. Easy to assemble, it comes with the tools you'll need. One thing that sold me on it was that it doesn't extend very far past the end of the car when folded down. I've used it for about a week and I know I made the right choice.

I also ordered the trailer hitch from etrailer. Both items were delivered very quickly.

by:

Thanks for asking. The latching mechanism (on the drivers side of the cover) to latch down the cover frequently comes unlatched. Then I have to pull over, stop and re-latch the cover. Very inconvenient. I've actually had to secure the cover with a couple of bungee cords to keep the whole cover from coming open at high speeds. Would not buy this cover again.

by:

The rack arrived in a timely fashion. It was on backorder, and the etrailer folks made sure that it arrived as fast as possible. The instructions for installing and using were clear and accurate - there was no problem at all. It is light enough to easily put into the trailer hitch. Even my girlfriend could do it with no problem. I only have two bikes for this 3-bike capacity rack; it is very sturdy enough for my needs. I would recommend this product.

by:

Still in new condition, works great!
Had
storage buckle break but they sent replacements

by:

Good product. Mounts solidly to the vehicle. The plastic cradles secure the bike very good. The cradles have clearance for the external cabling on my mountain bike. My only complaint is the anti-sway cradles do not fit the aero-frame on my time trial bike which is a bit of a disappointment. This allows the TT bike to sway more than I would like it to.

by:

This is a great bike carrier. It is light weight (Easy to insert and lock into hitch) and gives a very stable ride with no swaying. etrailer service was also good. I found this exact model at a lower price shortly after purchase-contacted etrailer and they refunded the difference in prices in short order. When the need arises I will order from them again.

by:

The cover it self is great but a little hard to install. Biggest reason for 3 star is tab sticking out between cab and bed needs to be longer. They are very short and stick out to where they have rubbed the paint off my new truck

by:

I LOVE this rack! I never write reviews, but this product deserves it! Purchased 5 years ago and still is a great rack. I have used it many times with 2 bikes, short and long trips, highway speeds, etc. Always performs! Unfortunately I just backed into a curb and broke the locking SpeedKnob. Hoping that etrailers has the part. Looks like an easy fix. Highly recommend this product!

by:

etrailer.com is the best to work with! After talking with 2 CSRs who are very knowledgeable about the racks I was considering, I ordered the Yakima Lightrider 2. Rack arrived a day before it was promised, and assembly instructions were very easy to follow. This is the 2nd time I've purchased a bike rack from etrailer.com; both times the customer service has been stellar.

The Yakima Lightrider 2 is a well-built, sturdy, lightweight rack that is easy to use - but will not accomodate my Trek 7200 and my wife's Trek 7300 at the same time. Just not enough room for the 2 bikes; any way we tried it, we had bike-to-bike contact at 3 points - there's just not enough space designed between bikes (and we're not novices at using bike carriers, this is the 4th one we've owned in our 60+ years). The Yakima Doubledown Ace was designed with cradles that could be moved forward or backward along the tube arm; unfortunately, not so with the Lightrider 2 - the cradles are secured to the tube arms by a screw. Returning the rack to etrailer.com, but disappointed it wouldn't work - the zip strips sure beat fighting with the old rubber straps on our previous rack.

by:

I love my LiteRider Tonneau Cover. My Toyota truck has suicide doors that are often very inconvenient in parking lots to open and load items in the cab. With the tonneau cover and I can utilize the truck bed for loading and keeping my cargo protected and secure. Also it just looks nice on my truck.

by:

Bought tonneau, weather tech liner and tailgate protector from etrailer. Arrived as scheduled and finished installation 11-29-2020. Etrailer is good company to do business with. They honored their matching price guarantee and promptly credited price difference to my transaction. Good product, good company.

by:

Exceptional bike rack. Very little assembly required. Light weight and easy to secure in a hitch. You don't feel like its a chore to take this rack on/off you vehicle. Great that the rack locks to the hitch as well as providing a way to lock your bikes to the rack. Bikes are secure even over bumpy terrain. E-trailer video for this product is dead on and their service is second to none!

by:

The tonneau cover is great. It is easy to roll up and put back. The instructions that come with it are not the best, but there is a great YouTube video that makes installation easy to understand. I live in Georgia and my truck is outside and so far, after a year, it has held up to the strong sun without any signs of wear. I would definitely buy this again.

by:

Extremely pleased with truck cover for 2018 Ram 2500 after one years use which included rolling up the cover multiple times. Still very good at keeping rain out of the truck bed.

by:

I’m really happy with my truck cover, it is one of the less expensive covers but I must say it’s very effective and if I needed a new cover I would order the same one. Vary satisfied.

by:

Received really fast, wonderful being able to buy everything I needed, hitch and rack to make sure I had the right products . Very easy to install and nice quality. It is on my SUV without a bike and I would never know it was there, will try to you let you know after my trip

by:

Perfect designed Yakima bike hitch for my car, very easy to be installed for a great price and fast service from etrailer.

by:

Item was everything it was promoted to be. The most effective aspect of this process was the instructional video on line that was available thru the etrailer site. It sold the product. It shipped completely assembled and ready to use. Was a smart buy.

by:

Quality is very goodDelivered in short order. Installation was easy with the exception the instructions said to reuse two screws on the rails that were attached to the truck. The screws were to short to go through the bracket and reach the threads of the truck. Had to purchase new screws. 1\2" longer

by:

The best rack I ever had. Simple and easy assembly and the installation couldn't be easier. It's light (main reason I bought it) and solid like a rock. Rubber straps not hard to latch.

by:

This is my second Access itemThe person that took my phone order knew her stuff. The product arrived within the seven days, including a weekend on my door step, as stated. Good service from both Etrailer and Access staff.

The BAK BAKFlip G2 hard tonneau cover # BAK26309 that fits the 2014 Ford F-150 5-1/2-foot bed without the Bed Cargo Management System is not compatible with the Adarac ladder rack # A4001234. The reason is that this ladder rack has uprights that lean inward; these would interfere with the hard cover as you tried to fold it up toward the cab.
