Securing the Cover onto Your Spare Tire
Before installation, it's recommended to lay the cover in the sun for a few minutes. This will let the material expand slightly, so it'll fit over your tire more easily. Then using the built-in elastic hem, slip the pliable cover around your spare tire for a snug fit. The hem prevents the cover from flying off your tire as you're driving down the highway, and the soft interior lining won't damage your wheel's paint job.

Cover has held up very well though many road trips. It has not come lose, nor faded being constantly out in the sun. It is also ply-able enough to be easy removed.

So far this has been an excellent spare tire cover. It was a little snug putting it on for the first time but has held up well considering it is exposed ton the sun for 5 hours per day from March to November.

My trailer spare is mounted at an angle and water collected and was rusting the metal. This cover was the perfect solution to that problem and also an attractive update. Just looks better. Still holding up well after a year!

The Tow Mounts are really heavy-duty! Awesome! No problem mounting and the secure my LandCruiser like no body’s business. The Spare tire cover was fantastic too fits great. Protects the tire from UV and weather. Adds a class look. Pictures are after driving on a dirt road, do everything is a bit dusty.

It’s outer appearance looks as good as it did the day I installed it, however the cover does get some shade during the fall and winter months. It’s a great product for the money spent.
