  The parts needed for this install are the AeroBlade Edge, part # TH7602-TH7602 and the fit kit, part # THKIT3065. You have all the parts you need to be able to install the rack onto your 2002 BMW 3 Series.   Thule doesn't offer replacement parts for their fit kits like the part # THKIT3065 which is the correct kit to use on your 2008 Saab 9-3 with the bars # TH7601B-TH7602B. The reason they give us is that they get the kits directly from Sweden pre-assembled so they can't split them up for replacement parts. So you'd have to order a new fit kit then. The part you mentioned is actually for a bike rack so it wouldn't work at all.

The reason for this is that they are shipped directly from Sweden pre-packaged. The only solution we have is to replace the entire kit with another part # THKIT3065.   Instead of throwing away the Thule Snowcat part # TH5401 I think you'd be able to sell it used to recoup some of the money as there's no way to install this on a vehicle with a naked roof like your 2004 BMW 325xi. You could then install the Thule Roof Rack part numbers # TH7602-TH7602 and # THKIT3065 which is a confirmed fit for your vehicle and use a rack like the Thule SnowPack Extender # TH7326 for carrying the skis/boards.
