Today on our 2015 Chrysler 300, we're doing a test fit of the NL Aero Crossbars. The part numbers for the crossbars we're using is INXB108 on our front bar, and our back bar is INXB115. For our flush fit pack here, we're using INXS200, and for our fit kit for the Chrysler we're using INK433. I've already got my back bar here, my front one's on, got one side installed. We're going to show you how to put this flush fit pack together, and then how we install the back bar. We'll start by taking our rubber pad, and we're going to have the lip here closer to the inside of the foot pack.
That just fits on there, and then we're going to undo our bolts, place our clamp here, and tighten our bolt down just a few turns, just so that clamp doesn't fall out. Now we can take our bracket, it is included with our foot pack, we'll slide our crossbar all the way out and we can fit this bracket in here, and then slide that all the way back in. Then we'll take our foot pack, and we want to line up these two spots here with our two spaces on our bracket. The back one's going to fit in, and then when it does you can just pull the foot pack out until it settles into place, and we'll use our tool and tighten that down. What that's going to do is prevent that foot pack from moving back and forth along the inside here of the crossbar, and it's just going to keep those secure. Now we can move our table out of the way and get our doors open, and then we'll take our crossbar.
There is one side of the crossbar here that's skinnier than the other side, since they are Aero bars. You just want to make sure that the skinnier side is facing the back, and what that's going to do is just make it more aerodynamic and reduce a lot of the wind noise that you might have if it was faced the other way. Now I'm just checking that they're sitting in about the same place, and then we will do our crossbar measurement. Whenever we measure our placement for our crossbar, we measure from the inside door jamb here to the middle of the clamp on the foot pack, and for this particular one we want 39.5cm there, and we'll do the same on this side. With those in place, we'll take our included torque tool and we're going to start tightening this down. I'm going to tighten down the bolt just so that the clamp sits right up against our door jamb there.
Just like that. I'll do the same to the other side. Anything that we do to one side, we want to do the same to the other whenever we're tightening down, so our crossbar doesn't pull to one side or the other. That can cause the crossbar to sit lopsided and then any time you're going to try and put any roof-mounted accessories on there, it's going to mess those up as well. I'm going to do about five to ten turns on either side, and we'll go to the other side and do the same thing. One thing you'll notice about these Aero bars compared to other kind of Aero bars you may have, is that our weather strip here is inside that crossbar.
It's deeper down in there, which makes it a lot easier for your roof mounted accessories. You can easily just slide those into the weather stripping there, you don't have to worry about taking that out and putting it back in. With that always in place, it's going to reduce a lot of the wind noise as well. If you heard that pop, that's going to be when you know there's enough torque on your clamp. You don't want to over tighten it. It's a great thing about this tool, is that that's included there. With both sides secure we can close up our doors, take our locking end caps, which again, if you have those t-track mounted accessories, that's going to protect those because nobody's going to be able to pull those accessories off with those locked end caps on. We'll place these, lock them up, and we're ready to hit the road. That's going to complete our look at our NL Aero Crossbars, and how they fit on our 2015 Chrysler 300.

The bars are pretty wide so any bars you do add to them, you’ll have to do IN-DEPTH research to make sure they do fit. I’ve had some run in with some issues with bike racks
Great profile. Looks good on truck.
Locking and unlocking very easy.
I bought these last summer to affix my kayaks to the roof of my corola. my husband, who is decidedly not a handy person, installed them in an hour and they've been great. no issues– slight whistling at times on the interstate, but that's to be expected. highly recommend!

Love it so far
By far the best service I have received in a very long time. I recieved my inno flush feet areo crossbars, sooner than expected and the assembly was just as specified. I especially liked having the video with the tutorial.
I like the look of the low profile and the quality is outstanding. I have used this for my kayak and the low profile helps with the loading and unloading.
I would highly recommend this product and Company.
Thank you etrailer my car looks great I spent 4 hours to ensemble this cross bar and the bask rack but finally I made it now I have more cargo space in my car I really recommend etrailer good quality items and good service thanks again
The roof rack arrived days before it was scheduled to. Everything ordered arrived intact. Assembly and installation were pretty easy per the directions included and the video on the etrailer site. The rack looks fine on my Maxda CX5 and the additional noise from the rack is not too bad. Haven't had my cargo box on the rack yet but anticipate no problems with it. My experience with etrailer has been first rate.
I bought this for my 2016 Fiat 500X which has two glass sunroofs, and it fits perfectly! Follow the directions, put the bars where it says to, and your glass will be safe. You can't open the sunroof while this is in place, but hey, at least you can haul gear on your roof without breaking the glass.
Everything about this kit met my expectations.
- Perfect fit for my Ford Edge, as advertised.
- Lowest bar height that was still high enough for the Edge Vista roof to clear. The glass does clear when nothing is attached to the bars.
- Aero bar shape. I haven't done a lot of miles yet with only the bars and no other attachments.
I attached an Inno roof box (which still fits through my garage door!) and did a 2000 mile road trip at insterstate speeds. Except the box noise (expected), and a bit of a mileage hit, I had no issues. Secure fit the whole way.
Josh is the greatest! Thanks for all the help!
Very happy with purchase. This third rack system I have purchased ( for different vehicles) and first Inno system. Seems every bit the quality of my Yakimas and like the attachment portion to roof rails, everything is coated so no possibility of scratching paint on car. Delivery was very quick and Etrailer price matched Amazon!
I bought the whole kit for 2008 honda fit for a cross-country trip, and it performed great. Made it with two surfboards on top with no problems. Instructions for installation are atrocious, but youtube videos can fill in the gaps. Shipping was quick. I didn't use any of the customer service options, but it seems like they would be useful if needed.
I like that the feet don't extend too much beyond the width of the vehicle (2012 Toyota Prius V). No noticeable wind noise or fuel economy change. They held two bikes just fine. The tightening process feels very secure, but took me a while to do. I wasn't in a hurry so it was fine.
The Inno racks have handled an assortment of different loads without problems. They are quiet at highway speeds. The lack of tie down points are the only drawback with these racks.
fast shipping, great customer service, and easy to install
Easy and worked well with the total kit for our vehicle. Feel sturdy and strong. We’re happy with them.
Shipping and packaging was very good and delivered on time!
Love the flush bar look!
Great product and figment, the service was great as well, the only suggestion I have is if there is a product that cannot be shipped to Canada it should be told when you try to order it, however the follow up call was appreciated .
The entire process was Easy Peasy! Ordering, excellent packaging, and easy install! I couldn't be happier; my hat is off to this fantastic company!!
Easy install, build quality is really nice as is fit and finish. Almost no wind noise at highway speed.
Heavy duty and well designed feet. Love the locking feature, and instructions were clear.
Perfect roof rack for my car.
These are really aero dynamic with a sleek design. It doesn’t cause a lot of of air drag like the super known brand.
