Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this B&B Molders black 3-3/4 inch diameter RV heat vent with the rotating grill for a two inch duct. Now, this vent has this integrated drill cover that'll rotate 360 degrees when it's installed to give you full airflow control. This will help balance your RV's heating and air conditioning output to be comfortable in any space. Now, the RV vent base right here is designed to attach to a two inch ducting. The vent base itself will mount into your floor, wall, or ceiling with the included mounting screws.
And this louvered grill you can see here is designed to snap into the base. And what's nice about it, you can see there's your mounting screws. Once you snap this on there, it'll cover those mounting screws to give it a nice clean look. And there it snaps in and then now you can see it also rotate 360 degrees for you to direct the air wherever you need to. It is a durable plastic construction.
It is rated for heating, but it can also be used as a cooling vent. You can see it has a nice black color. It is made in the USA. Few dimensions I wanna give you on this. The overall diameter from one side to the other, this is gonna be right at 5-1/2 inches.
The cutout dimension, if we pop that grill out, the cutout dimension is gonna be this opening right here, which is where this will go. So the cutout dimension is gonna be right at 3-3/4 inches. And then the flange depth, this is the flange from the back here to the very end here. It's gonna be right at 1-1/2 inches. But again, you can see how this will just snap right into place, able to rotate it.
