Over time, waste can build up along the inside of your RV's sewer pipes and holding tank. This can lead to nasty sewer odors, or worse, clogged plumbing. The Valterra Pure Power packets are designed to help break down lingering waste in your RV's plumbing, eliminating odors and keeping your sewer pipes from backing up. And with a pre-measured, biodegradable compound, just 1 pouch can treat up to 40 gallons. Just fill your toilet bowl, drop in the pouch, and flush.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna take a look at this Valterra RV starter kit. Now this deluxe starter kit contains supplies for maintaining your RV sewer system. And the supplies are bundled in this five gallon reusable wash bucket. And I thought we would go ahead and open it together and discover what we have inside of this kit.
Now I went ahead and removed the plastic trim that went around this lid to that secures the lid during shipping. So let me go ahead and lift this lid off. Let me give you a view of what the inside looks like when you are going to receive this. So beginning to pull items out here. We have two rolls of septic safe two ply toilet paper.
And this toilet paper is not going to clog up your waste tank. And then continuing to see what we have in here. We have a sewer hose, and of course this sewer hose is going to let you drain your RV's tanks at a dump station. The bayonet adapter that we have right here on this end as you know, is going to secure this hose to your RV's waste valve. And then the open end of this hose is going to accept adapters to connect to the sewer inlet at the dump station.
And if you are in need of an adapter, we have several here at etrailer.com. So check our website to find the adapter that you need. Now, this sewer hose has an extended length of 20 feet. So when it's fully extended, that's gonna be 20 feet. And then the compressed length, which it's pretty close to right now is gonna be 35 and a half inches.
And then the diameter of this hose is gonna be three inches. And then this also includes disposable gloves. That's gonna help keep that waste off of your hands. So let me go ahead and just move this hose to the side along with the gloves, and let's continue to see what we have in here. Next, it looks like we have a drinking water hose and this is going to run safe water to your RV's fresh water plumbing. Of course, you just connect this hose to a city water outlet at your campsite to fill your RV's fresh water holding tank. And this hose is 25 feet long and a half inch in diameter. And the maximum pressure of this hose is 160 PSI. That's not all. Looks like we have some more items here. Next is this pressure regulator. And this is going to keep high water pressure from damaging your RVs plumbing by controlling the water pressure from your campground water supply. And it's gonna keep the water flowing normally through your sinks and shower. And this regulator pressure range is gonna be 40 to 50 PSI. And then next we have this power adapter. That's going to let you plug your RV's 30 amp power cord into a 15 amp electrical hookup. And then we have looks like four pure power sewer treatment packets. That's gonna assist in breaking down waste and eliminating odors. And these are gonna be easy to use. You just drop a packet in your RV's toilet and flush and no measuring necessary. So that's very convenient and the biodegradable material is going to dissolve in your black water tank. And the packets also work in your gray water tank. And then Valterra includes some literature for you as well. And it looks like that's what we've got in our kit. And there's a lot of very essential, practical things that's going to be really a great way to be just be a great starter kit for you. And I really like the fact that it comes in this bucket that is going to serve not only the purpose of storing these items but a bunch of other purposes too, around the campsite. Well, that's gonna conclude our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me..
