Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at an RV shower drain. This unit replaces or upgrades your RV shower and/or tub drain. It's made from a durable plastic construction, has a nice chrome finish to it. It does come with the actual drain tube which is the threaded portion of the unit. It's connected right here to the top of the unit. Also comes with a foam gasket, brand new mounting nut, and the grid strainer with the attachment's screw.
A few measurements I want to go over with you real quick. I did take a measurement of the inner drain diameter, so that's the measurement inside edge to inside edge. That gives a measurement of an inch and a half on this unit. You'll notice on this threaded portion that we have a flat side right here and a flat side right here so if I take a measurement, edge to edge, that's about one and three-quarters of an inch. If I include the threads on that measurement, I get a measurement of about one and seven-eighths inches.
The overall measurement that we have from very top of the unit, to the very bottom of the unit, is about an inch and a half.The product's also made in the U.S.A. That's going to do it for today's look at the RV shower drain with the chrome finish.

The right part I order and fast getting it to me
The unit arrived and will be a good replacement ement for the current shower drain. I like the fact that it is secured with a screw. The orginal one was free wheeling it did not seat and there was always the worry of cutting your foot.
Was the item I was looking to replace current drain but only looked at description/picture and not details so was surprised when it turned out to be plastic. Description noted chrome. Did go back after receiving and plastic is mentioned in details. Next time when ordering I will have to look at details closely. I am hoping it is s sturdy as they say. Should change description to read chrome finish. Then one might know it could be made of other materials. Have ordered from e-trailer often and have been satisfied with products so far. Just was surprised this was not made of metal.
