Today we're going to be taking a look at the MB Sturgis Propane Adapter Hose. This hose is used for connecting a small, portable camping appliance such as a grill, heater, or lantern to a refillable 20 pound or 30 pound propane cylinder. This allows you to replace a disposable one pound propane bottle for longer periods of the client's usage. It's going to be constructed of a thermoplastic construction. It's very strong, durable, and flexible, and it's going to have a stainless steel over-braid that protects against damage. Inner diameter is a quarter of an inch, it's going to feature a type one ring connector on this end that connects to the propane cylinder.
On the other end is a one inch by 20 male swivel connector for connecting to the appliance. It is CAN and CGA 8.1 certified. It's designed for LP gas only. Temperature range is negative 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Maximum pressure rating is 350 PSI and this measures 72 inches long, which is six feet long.

I'm using this with an 11lb tank to a Camp Chef Everest stove on a small offroad trailer. Not much else to say. It does the job.
Exactly what I was looking for and it works flawlessly. The only issue I had was some of the stainless steel over braid was sticking out and was pricking the fingers. A few strokes of a file took care of that problem. I really liked the fact it's made here in the USA. The length is perfect in reaching the 20# tank. This will save a bunch of $$$ in not having to buy the 1# disposable canisters. I am using the adapter on a Weber Q1200 and have had no issues at all.
This is the only site where I could find a 6' stainless steel protected propane hose to save me from squirrels. This site has the best customer service!!! The are always updating on the order, delivery status, and availability. It is consistent service.
Just connected my new hose and it seems to work just fine. Waiting for my first squirrel attack to see if it withstands the potential destruction. Here's hoping for the best...
