Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this WeatherTech Pet Barrier. This is gonna install in your car, van, or SUV right behind your rear seats and it's gonna help create a barrier, so that your pet will stay in the back portion and it won't be climbing over that back seat to get up to be with you. And so it is going to help keep you both safer and by minimizing the distraction for you. And these bars are three and 3/8 of an inch apart, so you'll still be able to see through there, keep an eye on them and see out your rear window. This is also going to have the added benefit of keeping them off of your upholstery so you don't have to worry about hair or scratches or mud on your seats.

And this is very easy to get installed. It's a universal fit. So this does expand the width and height to fit your application. So our width is going to be able to expand from 39 inches up to 66 inches. So very easy to spread those out to fit your width of your vehicle.

And then our height also very simple to adjust that with this twist. You can adjust the legs like that and that's going to allow us between a minimum of 30 inches up to 46 inches. And then our support feet here also have a little bit of fine tuning so we can make sure we've got plenty of tension to hold this in place. Now if you do need more than that 46-inch height, if you've got a really tall SUV or something like that, we do also have a add-on kit available that's going to give you these extenders. So this will install right into the top of the top portion here of our vertical portion.

That's gonna give you 11 extra inches. So we do have this available as a kit if you want to add it on after the fact, or we also have a kit already put together. That's both the pet barrier and that 11-inch extension kit. So you can see those two part numbers on the screen there. So if you already know that you're gonna need more than that 46-inch height, I would go with that full kit that we have available.

Our horizontal bars do also adjust. So depending on how tall you need it, if you want to spread these out differently, you can just switch those nuts there and adjust these. If you have arm rests or something that folds down that you're worried about your pet climbing through, you can also move this horizontal bar down to this lower portion of our vertical bar. They do include these clips that will allow you to mount that down there. Or if you are needing to add an additional one, we do have those available as well. So that's just gonna be basically another one of these horizontal bar sets that you can add on to increase how much coverage you have there. You can see that part number on the screen as well. This is made here in the USA of Aluminum Construction, so it is very lightweight. Will be easy to move from one vehicle to another or just take out if you're not going to need it. We do have a storage bag available if you want to keep all the pieces together when you're not using it. Make sure that you don't lose any of the components. But this does come with a limited lifetime warranty. So if you we're to have any issues with it, you're more than welcome to reach out to us. But overall, I think this is gonna be a great way to very easily help keep your pets where you want them to be as you're traveling so you don't have to worry about them climbing up into the front of your vehicle.
