Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this ARC Xtreme Steet Legal LED Light Bar Kit. Now this kit is going to include these two street legal LED fog light bars that offer a combination of a steady white light or a strobing Amber light to enhance visibility. If we're using our steady white light, it is going to use 8 Watt LP modular white LEDs to provide that high quality light output. And that's eight of those LEDs per light.
So, we're gonna have 1,400 lumens per light. The beam distance is 360 feet by 164 feet. And that 95 degree wide beam is going to be SAE J583 certified, for use on all roadways. If we switch to our Amber lights, we are going to have eight 4 Watt cre Amber LEDs there that are providing that strobing Amber light for us to alert other drivers to our presence and to possible hazards. There are supposedly three strobing patterns that you can switch between by turning them off and back on.
I haven't had a whole lot of luck with that myself. But it might be something that you would get used to over time, be able to switch to pattern that you prefer. But either way, it's still providing that nice, strobing Amber light for us. These are constructed with a durable polycarbonate lens that is going to be impact and shatter resistant on the back. We do have a black pattern coded aluminum housing.
So, it is gonna be very lightweight and rust proof. These are IP67 rated to protect against dust and moisture. So, they should hold up really well for you in all sorts of applications. They are gonna be very simple to get installed on your roof, roll bar, bumper, grill guard, or bull bar. They include side brackets as well as bottom mounting brackets.
So you can mount this on the backside here. So depending on which mounting system works best for you, you can use either of those. The brackets are adjustable, so you can change the angle of the light, as needed for your setup. The wiring harness that comes with this is going to include that double rocker switch that you've been seeing me use here to turn on our lights and our strobes there. And with the wiring harness, it is gonna be very simple to get hooked up on just a few prongs to plug into the back here. There is a wiring diagram included, so it gives you everything that you need to get set up. And then you've got the ring terminals that will connect to your positive and ground or negative for your battery, so that you have the power to light the lights up. As far as our dimensions go, these lights are going to be just over six inches. If you're not counting the brackets, mounting brackets, we're looking at about six and one eighth of an inch long by approximately. one and five eights of an inch tall. And. about two and five sixteenths of an inch deep. This will use 32 Watts per light, 2.4 amps on your 10-- It will require about 10 to 36 volts of direct current on your system. So, should be a really nice setup here for those of you who are wanting to have LED fog lights on your rig to not only have that bright white light but that also that Amber flat strobing light as well. That completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
