Zach: Hey, everybody, Zach here at Etrailer.com today. We're taking a look at the Odor1 RV Storeaze. This is going to be a really great solution when we're done with our camper for the season, we're looking to keep it in storage for the winter. After a while of using it throughout the year, it kind of starts to get that musty smell. All campers get it at some point, and the more you use it or the less you use it, it happens. It doesn't matter.
Eventually you're going to start kind of getting that moldy, mildew smell that they're all going to get. Now, when it comes to trying to keep that at bay over the storage season, this is when this would come in play. So this is going to be a slow release pouch. We can open this packaging up. You don't want to discard this plastic clamshell that it comes in, because that's going to come in handy when we're using it.We'll get all of this stuff out.
This is really simple. It's just a pouch. And when we open this pouch up, that's going to slowly release chlorine dioxide. Now that sounds kind of harsh, but what that does is as those vapors get into the air in your camper, it's going to take out that mold and mildew smell. So we're kind of left with a nice refreshed camper when it comes to using it again, and not like a really harsh chemical or fragrance spray that you may use other times trying to get that smell out.
Now, if you're looking to eliminate that smell right away, mid-season, maybe you had something cooking, or just got wet, something, the refresh system, that Odor1 RV Refresh, that's a really cool setup, that is more of a quick acting, get the mixture together, let it do its thing for three hours. And we tested that out, we let it sit overnight, and it did a really good job. We kind of had a peroxide smell after we took everything out, but I let it air out for maybe half an hour to an hour, and it started going away, and we we're left with hardly any smell that was there before, because it was kind of a musty camper. Now this one, what we're going to do is I'm going to use the clam shell and this, now gloves are not included in the kit, but I would definitely use it just in case, that stuff could cause a reaction if you get it on your skin. So with this, it is a 30 to 90 day window on this working. And it all depends on the humidity levels in your camper.
So some, it's going to be a little bit quicker acting and doing its thing. Others, it'll take a little bit longer, but that 30 to 90 days is a really good storage time.So what I'm going to do is, I'm going to get this prepped, and you can see where it's already kind of got a perforated edge there. We don't need to activate it or anything, other than just opening it up. So what I like to do is kind of get this centered somewhere. I don't want it tucked away in a corner. I don't want to forget about it, but I want it to do its thing all throughout the camper. So I'm going to sit it right here in the kitchen living area, and just set it down and get this opened up and let it do its thing. So I'm just going to tear that open. And we don't need to tear open that inside one, but I do want this exterior foil package ripped open. So you got to be careful there. We'll get that pulled back, and you can see there's that additional piece there. So I'll just open that up more like that. So we don't want that interior package opened up. So I'm just going to set that there, let it do its thing. And this will just slowly release. It's still pretty humid here right now. So it's probably going to work a little bit quicker. And what I like about this is it's going to be really quick and easy. I don't have to go through and spray anything, and it's going to do its work. It's going to kind of take out all that mold and mildew smell that we're going to acquire throughout the winter. And when it comes time to getting back into it at the beginning of the camping season, you're just going to want to open up all your windows, let everything air out. So we kind of get that peroxide smell out. Probably not a bad idea to change any filters, if you left any loose blankets laying around, not a bad idea to wash those up either, but you're probably going to be doing that anyway. But overall, I think this is going to be a really quick and easy way to get this put in place at the end of the camping season, so we have a pretty decent smelling camper when it comes time to use it and again, the next year. But that's going to do it for our look at the Odor1 RV Storeaze.

Prevent the stagnant stench offseason odor buildup while storing your RV. Eco-friendly, slow-release vapor of chlorine dioxide wipes out odors for up to 90 days, allowing you to walk into a fresh-smelling unit. Treats 1 RV up to 20' long.Odor1 Storeeaze is a fantastic product for clearing the air. I use the product in my personal vehicle and my travel trailer. The campfire smoke permeates the vehicles regardless even when the windows are closed. Storeaze removes the odor making the interiors smell neutral and not "fragranced" up. My nose and lungs appreciate the treatment.
