On-the-Field Convenience
When opportunity strikes, you need your gun in hand fast. Inserting and removing your gun is quick and easy thanks to the large opening at the stock end of the Dri-Hide. It opens with a hook-and-loop closure (like Velcro) so you don't have to waste time fumbling with zippers or latches. Simply open the flap and slide your gun in or out. The hook-and-loop seal extends partially down the length of the case so you can snugly enclose short or long rifles without excess slack.
The Dri-Hide also has an adjustable shoulder strap and a carrying handle to make taking your gun out on the field less cumbersome. And because it weighs about a pound, the case won't weigh you down while you're out chasing game.
Once you remove your gun, you can fold up the Dri-Hide and clip it to your belt loop with a carabiner (sold separately) or stash it in your backpack or pocket to keep it out of your way while you're out hunting.
The easiest place for water and debris to invade your gun is at the tip of the barrel. That's why the Dri-Hide has a handy outer flap that covers your gun's tip. This flap keeps water and grime out of the barrel when your gun isn't fully encased by the Dri-Hide. So if you're out hunting and it starts to rain, but you don't want to put your gun away, you can simply tuck the tip of the barrel into the flap until you're ready to shoot. Even in fair weather, you can use the flap to keep out debris.
You can also use the Dri-Hide as a protective liner when storing your gun in a safe or a case for the off-season. The Dri-Hide will give your gun an extra layer of protection from scratches while allowing any trapped moisture to escape - even in a highly humid environment.
Dri-Hide's waterproof, breathable, multi-layer fabric construction is designed to keep your rifle dry. It does this by keeping moisture out while at the same time allowing any moisture that is trapped inside of the case to escape.
The outermost layer of fabric is constructed of polyester and coated with DWR, a strong water repellent, which causes outside moisture to bead up and run off instead of soaking through. So your rifle stays dry, even if you're caught off guard by a surprise rainstorm.
The middle layer consists of a waterproof PTFE membrane. This membrane keeps outside moisture from getting in while also allowing any moisture that is trapped inside the case to escape. This keeps your gun dry and protected from rust, corrosion, mold, and mildew, even in highly humid conditions.
Then, there's the soft polyester inner lining that is the final layer of protection against scratches and scuffs for your gun.

Now whether you're out in the field or you're taking a break during the off-season, this is a nice three-in-one protector liner and case that makes it very easy to transport and store your rifle so that you can enjoy your hunting adventures. We mentioned it's a three-in-one protector liner hanging case. It will hold one rifle with or without a scope, and when it's puts inside here, it'll shield the gun from any rain, dirt, mud, scratches, scuffs, lets you easily carry your rifle on hunting trips, allows you to store your gun during the off-season. As we mentioned, it will fit scoped or unscoped rifles, and it fits rifles up to 46 inches long. The actual dimension on this whole cover is 47 and a half inches.
The widest point's about nine and a half inches wide. Now the fabric on this, it is a waterproof, breathable, three-layer fabric. It'll protect against rain and humidity that can cause rust and corrosion. The outer layer is a DWR water-repellent coating, which will cause the water to bead and run off instead of soaking through. A middle layer is a PTFE middle layer, prevents water from seeping in while letting trapped humidity out.
And then the inner layer, if I can just open this end and show you here on the inside, (Velcro crunching) the inner layer on here is real nice soft polyester, so it won't scratch or scuff your gun when you slide it into the cover. Now if you notice the fabric on it, it is a nice handsome orange whitetail racks pattern, and it is done by the wildlife artist John Noack. On the same end here, if you notice they do have an ID tag. That'll allow you to personalize your cover. Zoom back out here.
It is nice portable, lightweight for simple transport. Has a sturdy nylon handle here for easy carrying. On the other end, it has this adjustable nylon shoulder sling, which will keep your hands free if you just carry it over your shoulder. And this is adjustable shoulder strap, goes anywheres from 24 inches up to 41 inches. The stock end is a nice wide opening at the stock end.
And again, it'll let you insert, remove your rifle very quickly and easily. Uses the nice hook-and-loop fasteners here. Makes it very easy to open. (Velcro crunching) Slide your gun in and then just press it closed. Very easy to seal. And also what's nice is if you have this with you, and it starts to rain while you're out hunting, you can actually tuck your barrel, has this little end here, protective outer flap that you could put your barrel up in there and then lay your gun down on here. So it helps keep the water and debris from getting into your barrel without, you know, damaging your rifle. And what's nice about this whole cover, you can actually roll it all the way up, and secure it for compact storage in a backpack or a pocket when it's not in use. But that's gonna do it for the review on this dry hide three-in-one rifle protector liner and case with the shoulder strap.
