Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Mylar bag set. This bag set is going to give you 12 of these one-gallon Mylar bags that will provide an odor-proof and waterproof way for you to pack and freeze your fish. This is going to have a five-millimeter-thick foil lining on it that's going to block out light and oxygen to prevent spoiling and help to keep your fish tasting fresh. This is very easy to use. You basically just prep your fish, place them in the bag, fill the bag with some fresh water and then zip closed, or you can use a vacuum sealer.
The vacuum sealer is not included, but if you already have one, these will work worth that. These bags do have a gusseted bottom so that they will stand upright for packing smaller portions. You can more easily get that all in there. And then they do have lines on the back to record the species, location, and date of catch to help keep your freezer organized. Just give you a few dimensions here.
These are right at 13 3/4 of an inch long by 9 inches wide. So you are going to get 12 of these one-gallon Mylar bags and they will come in this larger Mylar bag, which will help to keep them all stored and organized, so you can very easily pull one out when you're ready to use it. But then when you've used all your other, smaller, Mylar bags, this can also be used as a storage for larger catch and that sort of thing. It's got the same species, location, and date lines on the back. I can't give you an exact size for this, but it is a little bit larger than the gallon bags.
So will work double duty, give you that storage for your bags and then will also double to allow you to put some fish in there as well.
