So I was very pleasantly surprised with the fast and easy installation of this unit. The "fish wire" worked perfectly - the entire installation was complete in an hour. The quality and fit surpassed my expectations - especially considering the low price and prompt delivery. Absolutely will buy and recommend exclusively Curt products in the future. Very easy installation with the hardware that is included. The spring bolt pullers work excellent.since install I have used it for a Snowsport snow plow with no issues at all. The fitment of unit was precise.
This is a nice hitch that was very easy to install. Unfortunately, the vehicle was stolen before we could use it to plow snow.
Arrived in two days just as promised where another supplier was stating 2-3 months delivery. Instillation was fairly easy, the fish wire helps tremendously, and I installed it by myself in just over an hour. I was worried that It would not fit with my existing bull bar but it came out great with just a couple of cuts in the skid plate. it looks good and now I have a good strong recovery point for the front.
When I opened, I asked to myself: "How I will install this?", but eventually I saw all the instructions and a great help was a you tube video, took to me about an hour to install this, that was fast considering that I never did this before, please consider to buy a torque meter to be sure you tide it well. My plan is to carry a dirt bike to FL.

I launch my boat from a boat ramp on my property using the front hitch. Actually my wife launches the boat while I am in it. She cannot back a vehicle with a boat and trailer, but she easily puts the boat in the water using a front hitch.
This is my 3rd receiver that I have installed and it fit perfectly. My first, a front reciever on an 05 Suburban went real smooth. My 2nd, a rear hitch on a 17 Elantra was even easier. My latest, a front receiver on an 03 GMC Envoy wasn't as easy. This was due to getting my hands up to the access holes as well as having to work the hitch up and around the sway bar. Took me about 2 Hours, but finally got it in place. Once past the sway bar it moved right into place and bolted up fine. Would definitely purchase from E-Trailer again, as the fit is perfect. Shipping was unbelievably fast on each of my 3 orders.
Great ProductVery handy for moving my two trailers around and hitch is out of site when not in use,Installation was fairly easy.You will have to remove the two front bolts if there is a plate over your oildrain plug in order to access the frame opening.
i bought this hitch receiver to help mount a winch to the front of my Chevy SUV. i travel on many rough, rocky, muddy and snowy roads and get stuck frequently almost always when there is no help available. Now, with the winch in place I can count on getting myself out of trouble when the time comes.
It was just what I was looking for all the parts fit as they should and the instructions was easy to follow
