The RodBunk system suspends between the hooks or handles often found above the doors in the back seats of SUVs or vans and between the rails of truck beds. The sturdy nylon strap extends from 30" up to 65", allowing it to fit a wide variety of vehicles. Metal connectors with built-in keepers prevent the strap from accidentally disconnecting.

Today we're going to review part number IMF17726. This is the BoatBuckle Rod Bunk Fishing Rod Carrying System for a truck, SUV, or van. This system will let you transport up to seven fishing rods on the ceiling of your SUV, van, or on your truck bed. This straps will keep the rods separated and in place with the integrated loops. They adjust simply by attaching the hooks and then pulling the straps to adjust the width of your vehicle. They can be installed either front to back or side to side and do remove just as easily.
These straps do extend from 30-inches, up to 65-inches long to fit various types of vehicles. The durable nylon straps attached to your vehicle's hanger hooks or to your truck bed with metal connectors. The built in keeper will prevent the strap from disconnecting. The keeper right there on the snap hook. The capacity on these straps is seven fishing rods with reels, does come with a one year limited warranty.
Here's the mounting hardware. Basically, what you would do is you would remove the screws that hold in your hanger hooks in your vehicle and then replace the screw with your included hardware here. You would put this on to the hanger hook. So basically, you would have one of this on each side of the hanger hook on your vehicle, and then you would snap this hook into that on one side, and snap this onto the other side. Basically this would stretch into your vehicle and as you can see the Velcro tabs are opened up.
Put your fishing rod in. As we've mentioned, there are seven of them and this one would attach the same way. It has seven loops for the larger end of your fishing rod. This part comes with a one year limited warranty. That should do it for part number IMF17726..

Good product, provides storage for rods preventing damage. On long trips where my truck bed is full of gear, strap allows use of off bed storage for individual rods and rod carriers. It can be unsnapped and stored if not needed.
I got to tell you that for a year now I have been using this "RodBunk" (fly rod) carrying system and it has just turned out to be fantastic. My wife and I fly fished in 6 states last year, Wisconsin, PA, NJ, CT, Maine and in our home state of NY, and we used this system that I installed into the bed of our Nissan Frontier Pick Up throughout the year. It held up nicely, it was relatively easy to pit in and take out the fly rods and it was very convenient. No tangles, no pole damage and no problem packing other gear in the bed of our pick up. Now, nothing is perfect but this pole holder worked amazingly well and I was actually surprised at how good it was. Plus, we are fishing with "Sage" Fly Rods exclusively and they are not cheap!
I had a problem with my fishing Rods being on the floor of my Van they were always in the way and i was afraid i would break the tips or damage the eyes so i ordered the Holder IMF17726 this Holder gets my Rods up of the floor and out of harms way.

thought this would work in my 2015 Durango but the clothes hooks on the vehicle are molded and did not want to screw new holes in the roof liner.do not fit all suv's

Well made, all inclusive kit with hardware. Just pick up the pvc tube, cut and assemble... I use it to protect fishing rods, when traveling.
Love it, put it in my expedition and it gives me a lot more room for other fishing gear with my 7' rods over head, would definitely recommend
Had a set of these for many years and used them quite a bit. In moving they got lost. I just repurchaced them from ETrailer and they came quickly. These are slightly different. The adjusters are different. Hope they work as well.
