  For the 2013 Ford F-150 you will first need an installation kit, # RP50081-58. This will provide the attachment point for the hitch. For a 5th wheel hitch I recommend # RP30047. This is a great entry level hitch with dual jaw and 4-Way pivoting head. It is rated for 16,000 pounds which is likely more than the truck but check the owner's manual to be sure.   I do have an option for you but with a super short bed (less than 6-1/2') you'll need either a rotating pin box or extended slide fifth wheel hitch. It does not look like anyone makes a rotating pin box for the Fabex 520 you have so you're left with the extended slide and the only option out there for this at this time is the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # DM8550040. This hitch can slide back 22.5" which is enough to make full turns with the truck and most trailers....
