They provide the attachment points for these fifth wheel base rails to connect to, these brackets, provide a nice custom fit because they'll mount to your existing holes in your vehicle's frame.This will help minimize the amount of drilling that's required and it'll cut the installation time in half when compared with the universal bracket kits.
