After receiving the slider and installing this,it actually fit better than the original without the slide although I still haven't used pulled the trailer yet.
Having purchased bed rails and a sliding hitch earlier for my short bed Dodge I could not use my e5 fifth wheel head from my long bed Ford without this adapter. Etrailer.com did a fine job of getting what I needed in a timely manner. Everything fit and works perfectly.

Works great. Sticks slightly when sliding forward until turning wheel a tad
