Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Custer 10-watt LED strobe light. This red LED strobe light is a great addition to your vehicle. It's specially designed to assist all types of emergency vehicles. It offers 14 different flash patterns to choose from which add a lot of variety. So this unit is great for interior or exterior applications. It's perfect for mounting inside your headlight or taillight assembly.

The mounting bracket is included. It gives a really nice finished look to the unit. So once that's on there, that's going to be how it looks. Really nice design. Sleek, low profile.

But the mounting bracket is included for a flush mount design. Or you can actually surface mount without the bracket. It has pre-drilled holes in it. But the mounting bracket comes with a gasket and hardware are included.This can be synced with other lights. When it comes to the wiring it's basically a four wire design and so the red wire is your main power wire.

Your black wire is your ground wire. The white wire is your trigger wire. That's how you switch between the flash patterns. And then your green wire is your sync signal wire. The power cord from the back of the light to the end of the wire casing measures around eight feet long.

The lens diameter on the unit is one inch. This bracket right here measures two and three eighths of an inch long, by two inches wide. And once it's all the way installed this light will stick out around three quarters of an inch from the installation surface. Working voltage for this system is 10 volt to 30 volt DC. We're going to go hook it up to power that way you can see what it looks like with power running to it. I will cycle through all the flash patterns.So again, our red wire is the main power wire. And then the black wire's our ground wire. And then our white wire is how we change our flash patterns. So we'll go through them all. Whenever you want to change the flash pattern you need to make the white wire make contact with the main power which in this case would be our red wire. So I'll touch those, and you can see that changes our flash pattern. Again we have 14 of these to choose from. In the instructions it gives specific names for each flash pattern so that way you could preset. I'm sure you could also install a switch you want to manually adjust or switch patterns. So right now we're about halfway through.So some are just single flash. Most of them are single flash, and then the speed of the flash increases. And then about a handful of them are single flash with another flash pattern through in there. So it might be a single flash with a quad flash, or a single flash with a double flash. And then all the speeds change and all that kind of stuff. So a lot of variety to choose from with this system. Again 14 different flash patterns. Has a lot of variety. You can find one that definitely works for your situation, for your application. It's a really nice bright design, and again it is sealed right here so it's going to be great for interior as well as exterior applications.
