Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the amber strobe warning light. This 1.7 joule beacon strobe has one flash pattern, and an amber colored lens. The 12 to 110V beacon can be mounted permanently or magnetically, so it has the pre-drilled holes in the base here for easy mounting. It also has a magnet here on the bottom, so that way you can place it anywhere on a vehicle, or to a magnetic surface. The beacon has a nice long power cord. It plugs into any 12V accessory power port for immediate use. It contains one incandescent bulb.
It helps keep your vehicle visible, with 90 flashes per minute. Again, you can place the light anywhere on your vehicle. It has a nice long, 10' power cord, black housing with amber lensing. Again, magnetic or permanent mounting options available. It does come with mounting hardware for a bolt on installation, and it comes with a protective sticker that can be placed on, so that way the magnet doesn't scratch or damage the contact, or surface area on the vehicle. When it comes to the dimensions of the unit, starting with the base diameter, that gives us a measurement of about 5 13/16".
Overall height is about 4 3/4" tall. We're going to go ahead and hook it up to power, that way you can see what it looks like with some power running to it. Turn off our overhead lights as well. Again, one flash pattern, 90 flashes per minute. Wattage is 3.6 watts.
Amperage is 0.3 amps. That's going to do it for today's look at the amber strobe warning light.
