Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at quad flash permanent mount beacon light. This beacon light is a class two unit, and is designed to increase your vehicle's visibility. It meets SAEJ1318 standards. And it has the 12 . the 40 volt operation.2R design, so we have our black wire, which is our ground wire, and red wire which is our power wire. You can see here that it is a a permanent mount installation with a rubber base.

So we have our mounting studs, flat washer and then our mounting nuts.When it comes to the measurements of the unit, we'll start with the overall diameter here at the base. You can see that measures about 5 and a half inches, and I did take a measurement of the height, which is basically from the bottom of the base, not including the studs to the top of the light. And I got a measurement of about four and a half inches tall.The mounting studs on the unit are separated on center by four and one eighth inches, and the unit does feature 120 bright LED's. So we're going to go ahead and hook it up to power, that way you can see what it looks like with some power running to it, we'll also turn off our overhead lights so you can see it in a low light setting.So here you can see, nice bright design and again this features the quad flash pattern.
