Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a four LED ultra thin strobe light. This thin mount strobe light is designed with a thin, quarter inch profile to fit into nice, tight areas, so it's a nice little profile design.The 12- to 24-volt strobe light has four LEDs and features 23 flash patterns with alternating and synchronized functions. It goes over all the flash patterns right here in the instructions. So there's 23 and it sorts them by name.The light is rated IPX8 for a waterproof design and has an SAE J595 Class 1 CA13 rating. Now, this is an LED system. LEDs makes great replacements for incandescent lights, they last longer, burn brighter, and are more efficient.

With LEDs you don't have to worry about replacing bulbs or worry about brittle filaments.On the back side we have the aluminum backing. It's strong and durable and corrosion resistant. This unit features the clear lensing with clear LEDs. It's a surface ground installation, comes with a foam mounting gasket that has adhesive backing on each side so that's for a peel and stick application. And it also comes with mounting hardware and your installation instructions and overview.

So it goes over the surface mount design, it goes over the wire functions, and it goes over all the flash patterns.This is a three wire design. In this particular set up, your white wire is your power wire, your black wire is your ground wire, and then the brown wire is for synchronizing and changing the flash pattern.Edge to edge going this direction, it measure about four and three/eighths inches. Edge to edge going this direction, it's one and three/sixteenths. And the thickness is a quarter inch. Mount holes are separated on center by four inches.We're gonna go ahead and hook it up to power, that way you can see what it looks like with power running to it.

Again, white is our power wire, black is our ground wire. Now, one of the questions we get a lot of times with strobe lights is, is there a feature or a flash pattern where all the LEDs stay on. And there is with this one, and it's simply just titled all, A-L-L, in the instructions there.I'm gonna flip off the lights and we'll cycle through some of the flash patterns that it has to offer. Again, 23 flash patterns to choose from. It does have a memory function so when power's shut off and turned back on, it'll remember the last flash pattern.This light contains a total of four LEDs, or four diodes.

So the multi-diode design really helps optimize the overall light output. Voltage is 12 to 24 volts. Amperage is 0.65 amps at 12 volts. And you can see there it's got a nice clear design, so the clear lensing allows plenty of light to come through. We have the clear LEDs. And what I'm doing to change the flash pattern is I'm taking the brown wire and I'm just quickly attaching it or touching it to the power wire and that allows us to change the flash pattern.So there's that all or solid feature, or function where all the LEDs are on.That's gonna do it for today's look at the four LED ultra-thin strobe light.
