Installation
This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side tail lights. You will have to remove the scuff panel and pull back the felt liner to access this harness.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way connector will be stowed in an out-of-the-way location within your rear cargo area.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

The first was excellent, easy to install and I'm sure this one will be also. To make it even easier I ordered the wiring harness also. I received the trailer hitch & wiring kit for my 2008 Buick LaCrosse in a very timely manner. The installed very easily, quite like the video showed. I installed the wiring kit today, & it fit perfectly and works as it should. Thank you.
Instructions weren't quite accurate - there was more disassembly required to get to the tail light connectors than the instructions indicated. Also, there is a ground wire that the instructions did not indicate where/how to attach. Kit was complete, and was easy to install (installation made sense - just pointing out that the instructions could be more accurate). For the record I installed this on a 2006 Buick Lacrosse CX.
No splicing of wires, just remove taillights and plug in and ready to go
Hitch and wiring were in stock, unlike a competitor who's products were on backorder. Shipped in a timely fashion!

Working great
Excellent item, priced right and delivered quickly.. and great communication. This kit was fully assembled was very easy to install - and fit the 2006 Buick Lacrosse perfectly.

Instructions were good but wiring was not easy to install. Took a lot more time than I would have ever thought. After installation everything has been working fine
