Hi, it's Evangeline here at Etrailer. Today, we have our Yakima MOD Work Space. This is going to be a bamboo table that you can fit into your MOD system HomeBase, whether it's a medium like what we have here or the large addition. This creates a flat surface that fits into your system. So if you need an easy prep station or a table for your laptop or other gear, you have it right here. The way this works is that your table fits onto the rails of your HomeBase and making contact with those rails are these rubberized strips.

That way when you place your table on there, this prevents it from sliding around too much. You can still make your adjustments and move this back and forth, but because this is all so custom fit, your table will fit over your MOD totes if you choose to use them for organization, but still fit within the HomeBase and not too high up making perfect clearance as you open and close that drawer. This table covers a little bit over half of your HomeBase if you have the medium size, which is what we have here. That means, if you need to grab things up front, you can do so. Get access to your pens while working on the table, or if you need to move this over, so get access to your camp kitchen supplies.

You can slide it back and forth. If you had the large HomeBase, that one is gonna be longer or deeper, giving you even more open space to work with outside of the table. So what would you use this for Well, in my opinion, this would be great as a prepping station, whether it's prepping for your work, or prepping to cook, having easy access to your cargo right here within your storage containers. Put them on the workspace. You have this flat level surface that you can get things ready on, and then bring it over to your camp kitchen.

For example, if you need to chop up your ingredients, you can put a cutting board on this. Please don't use the workspace directly as a cutting board, but you can set your different items on there and know that they're not gonna fall off, tip over, or be unlevel. Now, this won't be completely level, but that's more because your vehicle may be on unlevel ground and not so much because of your HomeBase. That one installs into your hitch receiver, and if you swing it out to the side of your vehicle and pair it with your MOD system with the workspace, that is something that I could see as a really good combination where you have all your tools here, easy access in your vehicle, but then you have like your metal table, your larger bamboo prep station table, and your camp kitchen box for your actual stove and cooking requirements. So the MOD system focuses on modularity and the workspace just adds to that modularity. Remember, this is made in two sizes. For your medium and a large Homebases, you're gonna have a length of 32 inches and an eighth of an inch, and then a width of 11 inches and five eighths of an inch. Now, for your extra large HomeBase, you're also gonna have a workspace, and this is gonna be 41 and three 16 inches long. And then for width, you're gonna have 18 inches of width. So big difference from one compared to the other. Again, make sure you get the right one for your HomeBase. You can find this as well as any of the other MOD system components here on our website.
