Hey, everybody. Welcome to etrailer.com, I'm Bobby. And today we're taking a look at the Coghlan's fire-starter sticks, and this is going to be a great way guys, no matter where you are to go ahead and give yourself a nice little base to your fire and where you guys can enjoy a hot meal, off on fire. And of course could act as a nice little light for yourself as well. They do suggest, if you want to go ahead, slap this in a tin cup, light it like a candle, that way you guys can produce just a little bit of light, keep in mind that does have a nice little accelerant as well. And it is not toxic at all.

It's got a decent little smell, kind of like mulch, much of you see, kind of like a dog kennel or something like that. But nothing too crazy, it is non-toxic, which is excellent. I will say, one of the guys here, Michael and his wife we're camping, and they did need to go ahead and grab themselves, this work somewhat of a similar product to it. And he said, it does have a little bit of an accelerant in it and they we're cooking with it. They did not really taste anything bad per say, but they did just kind of feel like it had a slight order to it.

So I might suggest to go ahead, let this guy burn, they say about nine minutes or so. So maybe get that fire started, 10 minutes later, we can go ahead, have our actual wood in place, and that can give us a nice clean smelling fire for ourselves, but this can work at a pinch great, boiling water, something like that, could be also excellent. And what's great too, all we have to do is break it apart and then we can actually go ahead and start slotting it out. We don't need to use all of these, right. And we do have 12 pieces.

So, these can really start lasting us for the seasons to come. Which is excellent. We're not going to be using them all, just for one fire, which is really, really nice. So, let's go ahead and take a closer look here. And here, you guys can see, little bit of the fiber that's in here, how it is, but quick thing I want to see, how hard is this gonna be, to store for us But, as you guys can see, it's going to be about, five inches at maximum.

So, really not too bad to go ahead and store these guys somewhere in our backpack. That way they're always ready to go. But guys, I think this is just gonna be a really great way of securing yourself. A very nice base to your fire, that way you guys can be warm, no matter where you are.
