Bumper came in box thin box with no end protection so the ends are chipped an rusting
Area for licensed plat
Mounting screw holes are to far down so tags are below metal edge of bumper
Police can’t see tags
I had to drill holes in licensed plat a raise up plat
Now licensed plat is to high up / past the top of bumper/ so tailgate hits top edge of plat
I had to been top edge of licensed plat backwards
Something wrong with bumper size
I probably should of returned an got original equipment bumper
I thought I was getting original equipment

Overall, the product is good.
The part was back ordered for about 2 weeks before I got it. When it arrived, the box was so damaged, I had my doubts that the part would be usable, but after unpacking, I found only one feature dented and it did not negatively affect fit or aesthetics.
The customized mounting brackets and fasteners were useful, but I did have to open up two holes on the frame to make them fit. The slotted feature fit fine, but the single hole in each bracket needed some adjusting. Once the brackets were on the truck, the bumper installed easily as did the provided license plate holder and lights. Overall, it took me less than an hour even with the additional work. It looks fine on my 1998 Dodge Dakota Sport.

It is working out just fine. No issues
Fitment is great and it was fairly simple to install. The hardest part was probably removing the old bumper which was pretty rusty. It definitely doesn't look like the factory bumper which I was a little worried about until I got it installed and saw it on the truck. It looks way better than the factory bumper. Excellent product, especially for what I think is a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!!

the bumper on my dakota pickup truck is still looking great and serving its purpose. i put a trailer ball on it and towed a disassembled glider a couple of times...and also towed a trailer with my lawn tractor on it to be serviced, and it worked fine. thanks for asking
Looks great! I purchased this bumper to replace the old rusted out one that was on my late fathers Dodge. The truck is in great condition but that rusted bumper really made the truck look old. The new one looks fantastic and really makes the truck stand out now!
My son and i installed the bumper with ease.After adjusting the bumper and tightening the nuts and bolts we noticed the right end of the bumper where it curves is slightly bent up.Other than that the bumper looks good on the truck and is good quality.

Bumper quality is excellent and much better quality than expected. Installation took longer than expected, but it was because I took my time and had to go buy material for the lights (shrink tubing). All the parts fit and the look is really great. Ordering and shipping was smooth, easy and quick. Great communication from their staff. I would highly recommend this bumper from etrailer.
Very happy with my purchase one year later still looks brand new had it installed by a garage they said it was extremely easy everything lined right up if I would ever need another bumper for my Dakota this is where I would buy it

I received the rear bumper today and checked it out, it's in great shape and everything I was looking for in a replacement bumper ,it's much heavier material than the stock one was. I definitely recommend this company and this bumper.

The rear bumper I ordered, is good quality, and was straight forward on installation.

Would of given 5 stars except for a few scratches where the powder coat was gone down to bare metal, most likely from shipping. Other than that good quality and excellent fit.
