How do you secure the covers that go over the license plate lights on the rear bumper

I believe you are talking about the license plate light covers for the Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper, # 63000-93800. Is that correct? If so, the light covers simply pop into the holes that are located on both sides of the license plate area. The socket with the wire leads is then plugged into the back of the light covers.
