Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a quick look at the Taylor Made rubber corner bumper. This helps to protect your boats and also your dock from any kind of damage from other things bumping into it. It just kind of softens that edge and makes sure that it's not just going to be a knife point out there in the water. So let's take a closer look and make sure that it's the right fit for your particular application. It is made out of a flexible and durable rubber material.

So it's a UV resistant material. It's also going to be softer than PVC foam or vinyl.So as you can see, has a nice give and squish to it, which is what you want since things are going to bounce off of it and you don't want to cause any damage to them. The top and bottom flange give you enough room to easily install this on your dock. So it gives you enough room to put some tacks there or put some screws around that. It doesn't come with any kind of hardware to get this installed so that is something you're going to pick up on your own, but it does kind of depend on what material you're adhering this to.

So just use whatever's best for your particular install. As far as the size inner edge here is about six inches by six inches. The outer edge, if we go from the outside edge to outside edge is about seven inches by seven inches. The width is right about two and a half, maybe a little shy of that. And then the thickness is about an inch and a quarter.That's really all there is to it for our look at the Taylor Made dock corner bumper.
