Hey everybody. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're taking a quick look at the trim clip and fastener kit for your Audi vehicles. We also have kits that work with different manufacturers as well, but for this kit, that's going to be what we're focusing on. So the first thing that I noticed about this is that it comes in a nice, hard cover case. So it makes it pretty easy to stash. You can put this underneath the driver's seat if you're going to have it for your vehicle, or if you work in a shop, you can have these stacked up.

They are also labeled on the sides, so it makes it easy to see which one it's for. If you want to stack them up kind of tall wise or vertically, you can do that as well. There's also a little hook so you could hang them.So really handy if you have an Audi or again, if you have a shop, but basically what these are going to do for you is if you're trying to take off any kind of fascia or quarter panels or anything like that, maybe you're putting on a hitch, a base plate or anything else onto your Audi, this allows you to replace any clips that you might break along the way. Similarly, if you're putting in wiring or something like that, running anything, a lot of times you're pulling up panels that are in the trunk area, or maybe underneath the sill or the threshold for the door. Sometimes those clips can break as well.

So it just gives you a lot of options to replace any of those clips so you can make sure that all those trim panels get back down to where they should be.So let's take a look at what you actually get in here. This is 160 pieces, and it has a little guide to help you figure out which clip goes where and kind of what is what. So it helps to give you an idea of what each piece is for. So we've got some retainers, some side molding grommets, and this looks like it's kind of a two piece part, so that fits into itself and it kind of holds on there.Then we've got some door trim retainer, push type retainer, another push type retainer but different style. So we've got these guys, and this is another two part.

So it goes in there and then pushes out against those little clips at the bottom. And this is more of a threaded style so it's got a little Phillips head so it threads in place. We've got a panel clip, so it holds in a lot of different things. Another style of panel clip, probably more for the interior for those white guys there, retainer, retainer grommet. So this is kind of an elaborate one.

You've got a little green portion at the bottom and this yellow or orange guy slides into the white piece. So retaining grommet, so you get five of those, and then you have another retaining grommet that's similar. And this one, retainer and a hook strut socket.So these should be all the kind of main trim clips and fasteners that you would have in your Audi. So it just kind of depends on where you're going to be as far as what you're going to need, and it should be enough pieces to get you going even if you're having to get back into the same area, you get a pretty good amount of clips. These bigger guys, you only get five of those, but they feel pretty sturdy. I think it would probably be pretty hard to break one of these, of course it's possible. But through all the parts you might be able to make that work.So all in all, I think it's pretty nice to have. Again, small enough that you can stash this guy under the seat of your vehicle just to have on hand. You can put it in your tool box and keep kind of a stack of these if you're working on multiple vehicles. Like I mentioned at the beginning of the video, we do have other manufacturers.
