From the time you first speak with a representative to the moment you end your conversation, you will be impressed by the way you were treated. I had needed a set of keys to an older Sears X-Cargo topper for an upcoming trip to coastal Maine. While power washing my topper, I thought it best if this 15+ year topper could still get a key made for it. So, I memorized the 4 digit number I noticed on the topper's lock and came inside to try an on-line search for a key---something I really didn't think could be acquired, but wanted to try anyway. I went to etrailer.com, dialed the 1 800 #, and a very
pleasant representative named Dana, listened to my inquiry. Literally within 5-7 minutes she processed the information to have 2 keys sent to me. The entire time she was getting my address, credit card info., and explaining the shipping options,-I just had a good feeling that finally in an automated, unfriendly telecommunication world we live in that here is a first-class business that hasn't forgotten how to treat its customers. Remember that this order was for two $5.00 keys - and they came in the mail just 4 days later - wow ! Replacement key was delivered and worked after a few turns with a pliers but then it loosened up and works fine now. the only think I would have done differently would be to have it shipped three day or less. The saver shipping takes 5-7 business days. Pay the extra money!142695

I already had the Thule Side kick for a number of years. I only needed thekeys replaced because I lost them. The replacement keys were, well, keys.They worked as they are intended to do. When we moved we lost the key to our car top carrier. That is a pretty significant loss and most companies will tell you that you either have to replace the entire lock or purchase a new unit. Key worked great and replaced the missing key for our old Sears Cargo carrier. We were using ratchet straps to "lock" it previously but now it's nice know the carrier is actually locked.807335
