product was as advertised and worked great. Handling and delivery was really bad. I ordered the replacement key because I was locked out of my Thule carrier at the start of my stay in Cape Cod. The package was "supposed" to go 2nd day air which I paid about $ for. The product was not delivered for 6 days. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and did not receive the key until 4:45 the next Thursday! Which was also the LAST day of my vacation. Does that seem EXPEDITED to anyone?.

I am sorry to hear that it was the incorrect key. I have a few questions that I would like to ask. What is the number on your lock cylinder? Do you know the model name of the Thule product?

Was recommended this product by an etrailer expert. It did not unlock my lock even though the lock code was correct. They were fast to pass me off to Thule instead of solving it themselves. A professional picked the lock open, verifying that it was functional but the key was wrong.

As long as it is a Thule lock that takes a N106 key then this key would work. I will have our customer service team reach out to you.

Ordered two extra keys, both worked great and delivered quickly. I actually ordered them before we left on vacation and had them delivered to the location we were renting and all went as planned. I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.
