My wife and I were in a pinch because we thought we had left our key at home for our paddle board carrier after arriving at the lake 3 hours from our home. I hopped on etrailer.com and found a replacement for $5. The kicker was, overnighting it would be another $50 but we chose to do it anyway...the paddle board wasn't doing us any good locked to the top of our vehicle. Later that evening, my wife ended up finding the key so the next morning I called etrailer and spoke with Shawn B. She was able to catch the order before processing and flip it over to standard shipping. I just assumed it was going to be a long wait on the phone, then we wouldn't be able to change the order. This was not the case...etrailer is so easy to deal with! In the end, the key works great and now we keep a spare in the vehicle!
We were getting ready to leave for vacation and hadn't used our bike rack in a couple of years. We had also moved during that time period and didn't think about the key to our Thule Bike Rack almost until it was too late.......enter etrailer. I did some research online and knew that we needed a super quick turnaround on a replacement key. Thule definitely had these on their websites, however, their processing time and lead time door to door was 2-3 times LONGER than etrailer. I called both and Tamara from etrailer committed to getting the order process and item sent the SAME DAY - and she delivered! I called at about 11:00 AM EST and my order was shipped by 4:30 that same day......and to my door two days later without paying additional shipping. The items came as expected and work great! Do not hesitate to order from these folks. Good people working hard to satisfy customers like me. Needed a spare key for a lock cylinder I received from a rack accessory purchase. The key looks exactly like what is shown in the picture and functions perfectly with the cylinder I had and the others I purchased here.

I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.
They did a great job communicating and letting us know when it shipped, and making it easy for us to track during shipping.
I had a SEARS SPORT 20-SV (roof top cargo carrier )with lock numbers 2818 right above where you insert the key. I just added the letter (N) before the. So I ordered N2818 and it worked perfectly!! Two day shipping was right on time.
The key worked thats for the excellent service will tell my family and friends.

Poor customer service requested a key replace a few weeks ago never received it shipped out another never provided a tracking number for the 2nd one. Customer answered the phone didn’t bother to provide it either but you taken my money with no problem but yet no key. Terrible service and people skills I hope in the fitugff
