Lost key so ordered new lick and key set. Also ordered wxyra set of wheel straps. Everything works perfectly! Love the parts and bike rack. Plan to order other replacement parts soon, as backup.
We have owned this carrier for 20+ years. But haven’t used it for the last 5 years or so. The key has been missing and we lost all hope until we found this website. Matched the carrier and key and now we can use the carrier again. Price was right and shipping was fast. This carrier is good for another 20 years!
I got a locked storage container worth $300 for free on Craigslist because the key was missing. Etrailer had the key for $, it unlocked the container, and it works great now!

The key did not fit our Sears cargo carrier. The carrier was purchased in the late ninetys or early 2000's. Maybe there is no key that will fit it. We have a nice carrier that can't be opened.

This is a low tech item (a key), but since I don't think Thule makes the same model bike rack anymore I was apprehensive that I would be unable to find a replacement key for the hitch mount. I was pleased that this key fits perfectly and now I can remove/remount the bike rack as necessary. BTW, I got my Thule bike rack from eTrailer and was very pleased.
I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.
They did a great job communicating and letting us know when it shipped, and making it easy for us to track during shipping.
I had a SEARS SPORT 20-SV (roof top cargo carrier )with lock numbers 2818 right above where you insert the key. I just added the letter (N) before the. So I ordered N2818 and it worked perfectly!! Two day shipping was right on time.
I recently purchased a used Karrite Explorer cargo box from a gentleman who had lost the keys. This replacement key fit the cargo box perfectly. I now have a fully functional box for a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Poor customer service requested a key replace a few weeks ago never received it shipped out another never provided a tracking number for the 2nd one. Customer answered the phone didn’t bother to provide it either but you taken my money with no problem but yet no key. Terrible service and people skills I hope in the fitugff
