Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look at this Rack'Em Replacement Tire Hub and Rim Assembly. Now this is going to replace the tire hub and rim assembly on your Rack'Em E-Z Ride Sulky. And on your screen I am including the item number of that E-Z ride Sulky for you for your reference. And as we have stamped here on our tire, this is a nine by 3.5-4, and after those numbers it says NHS. And what that means here and as explained here underneath is this is not for highway service.
This is a four ply rating and the maximum PSI is 50 PSI. And in case you're wondering, the diameter of the hole here of our rim is three quarters of an inch and it does include the bearing as you can see. And as you can also see here on our rim, we have our air valve with a cap and a grease zerk to grease up the inside there where our bearing sits. Now you can see the has a really good tread on this tire, and this includes everything that you see here, the tire, the hub, the rim, and the bearing. And this assembly is going to be exactly like what you're needing to replace.
This is the direct replacement from Rack'Em, so what that means for you is you can trust that this is going to fit right in place of the original, whether that one got damaged or maybe somehow got misplaced, you're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues or anything like that. Replaces the tire, hub, and rim assembly on a Rack'Em E-Z Ride Sulky (REZ).The parts shipped quickly. The Tire Wheel Assembly was great. I could't even get that assembly from Rack'Em. However, two minor issues came up with the axle bolt. The new bolt was was different from the one that my system came with, and only had one of the two washers. The old bolt had several threads cut away to mate with a similar hole in the Sulky. So the new part didn't quite fit. Perhaps this was a part change from Rack'Em. Not sure. I drilled the hole out and made things work. Given the price of the bolt and washers, I had to knock off a star. Apart from these issues, I was satisfied.
The quality is excellent.A direct replacement.Unbolt and bolt back together, a quick and easy quality repair .
