Exactly right part and best of all, the shipping was very quick!
I bought replacement rear latches for my tonneau cover and they were perfect. Identical matches, and very easy to install with an allen wrench. I had lent my truck out to help in a move, and with the rain, the latches got bent somehow. Getting replacements fast with easy install was fantastic!
Replacement latch was very easy to install and the cover once again fits like a glove on the truck. Website was easy to navigate and order from. Delivery was also much quicker than I had anticipated. 5 stars all around!
What I need is what you sent .
I was mistakingly sent a wrong part. I notified and verified that the incorrect part was sent and the team at etrailer made it right and immediately sent me out the correct part. In a situation like this, you see how much a company values customer service. The etrailer team made things right and I will not hesitate to use them again.
this was my mistake but i needed one part for each side and order two for the same side
it would have been nice for someone to have caught that let me know now i have to order another one it would to nice to be able to print out a manual for the cover for install . the part was good got here on time . my cover would not latch on the passenger's side
Expected to receive new screws and fittings for the product.
Unfortunately the catch tongue broke. But I think problem is the cover and not the part.
Product is exactly as ordered. I have a problem with making the cover snap. But it is not a problem with the part.
Replaced the latches, which become worn after years of use. These fixed the problem and were easy to install.
Product is great and as expected. Shipping was poor. When the postal service is struggling to deliver products, it may be prudent to use a different service.
