I spoke with my contact at Reese and he informed me that the # 58320 bolts are 5/8-11 x 2” gr. 8 Carriage bolts.

Replacement Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Plate Needed for a 2003 Dodge Ram Pickup
From the picture that you sent in it looks like you have the Hide-A-Goose part # 9460, # 9464 or # 9465. If the vehicle you are installing this on is the 2003 Dodge Ram Pickup that you inserted for your vehicle information then the part # 9464 is the correct option for your application. For a 1500 the whole gooseneck hitch would be part # 9464-38 while for a 2500/3500 the kit would be # 9464-35. The 9464 part number comes with the plate and the hitch ball. Correct Installation Hardware Kit for Draw-Tite Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # 9465-40
I checked with my contact at Draw-Tite about the hardware kit you should have received from the retailer where you purchased your hitch. For the referenced hitch # 9465-40 there should be multiple hardware packets, parts 4440F (inside the longer of the two cartons for the base) and also part # 58320 for the head assembly. Kit 50054 is not correct for this hitch so I suggest you contact the seller where you purchased the hitch to get the correct hardware.

Will the Hi-Rise # 9480 Mount to a Draw-Tite # 8339 Gooseneck Hitch on a 2008 Ford F-350
Since you have the Fold-Down Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 8339-4449 there actually isn't a way for the Hi-Rise # 9480 to secure to the gooseneck hitch since it sits down in the coupler section of the gooseneck hitch. To use the Hi-Rise you will need to swap out the top part of your gooseneck hitch with part # 9460 which allows you to remove the hitch ball.
