From the picture that you sent in it looks like you have the Hide-A-Goose part # 9460, # 9464 or # 9465. If the vehicle you are installing this on is the 2003 Dodge Ram Pickup that you inserted for your vehicle information then the part # 9464 is the correct option for your application. For a 1500 the whole gooseneck hitch would be part # 9464-38 while for a 2500/3500 the kit would be # 9464-35.

The 9464 part number comes with the plate and the hitch ball. Unfortunately the plate is not sold by itself. Please note that you will need to use new mounting hardware (part # 58320) since this is only meant to be torqued once. We also have the U-bolt Safety Chain Kit # 58312 if that is in need of replacement as well.

If you already have the # 9464 plate and hitch ball then the Installation Rail Kit that fits your 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 is part # 4435 on our site. It comes with all of the hardware that is needed but you will need the hardware # 58320 and Safety Chain Kit # 58312 that I referenced above for the plate and hitch ball if you don't already have it. This combination gives you the complete Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 9464-35 for your Dodge Ram 3500 whether it has the 6-1/2' or 8' bed. I have attached an installation video of this kit being installed on a 2005 Dodge Ram for you to reference as well as the written instructions.
