  You can replace the inner slide of your Titan Model 10 actuator with the Replacement Inner Slide Assembly w/ 2-5/16" Coupler for Titan Model 10 Brake Actuators # T2478300317. You will also need to replace the slide bearings with the Bearing - Top & Bottom - for Titan Model 10 Actuator # T1020900. I have attached a photo of the instructions for assembly of a Model 10 actuator that you should find helpful in the process of repairing your old actuator.

  Yes, if you wanted to replace the inner section of the Titan Model 10 part # T2404600 with the part # T2478300317 that you referenced you could. The only difference is that you would now have a hitch ball coupler instead of a mounting channel.
