Can a TitanDico model 10 inner slide assembly with the down coupler, part# 2478300317, fit into and be used to replace the slide assembly of a Titan Dico model 10 part# 2404600 brake actuator? Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes, if you wanted to replace the inner section of the Titan Model 10 part # T2404600 with the part # T2478300317 that you referenced you could. The only difference is that you would now have a hitch ball coupler instead of a mounting channel.
