  • Mounting Hole Dimensions for the Lunette Ring with 4 Hole Base # C48550
    I contacted the manufacturer and found that the mounting hole dimensions of the Lunette Ring with 4 Hole Base, item # C48550, are 4-1/2 inches up and down and 4-1/2 inches left to right. The holes are 5/8 of an inch in diameter. They use the hardware kit # C48332. I attached a diagram with these dimensions for you to check out as well.

    We do offer the replacement mounting bolts for the 60,000 lb Curt Pintle Hook # C48231. I checked with Curt and they are 5/8" diameter Grade 8 bolts, and the complete kit is the following: - Curt Bolt Kit # C48332 This kit is the required bolt kit to use with this pintle hook according to Curt, and includes the four bolts, as well as lock nuts and washers.

    The Curt Lunette Ring part # C48550 which is designed for a plate like the Curt Pintle Hook Mounting Plate part # C48239 does not come with mounting hardware. If you need this, I recommend the Curt Bolt Kit for Flat Mount Lunette Ring part # C48332. This kit comes with 5/8" Grade 8 Bolts which have a recommended torque of 159 ft. lbs. If you need a torque wrench for this, I recommend the Torque Wrench part # PT79FR.
