Question:
Can you confirm the following parts list to set up a 2013 Volvo xc90 to tow a dual axle cargo trailer w/ brakes, 7 pin connector, and LED lights. Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2inch - 13559 T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector - 118411 Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole Vehicle End Trailer Connector - 30717 Understand that the ETBC7L kit is normally recommended- is the only difference that the ETBC7L comes with a wire an fuse to hook to the battery? For this part what gauge wire and amp fuse should be used? Mighty Cord Universal 7-Way Mounting Bracket - A10-9394VP Weigh Safe 2-Ball Mount w/ Built-In Scale - 2inch Hitch - 8inch , 9inch Rise - 10K - WS8-2 Will also be used on 2013 Duramax with 2.5in to 2 in adapter The last part of this question is if any additional resistors will be needed since the trailer has LED lights? Thank you!

The Curt Class III hitch you referred to, part # 13559 is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Volvo XC90, as is the Tekonsha # 118411 powered taillight converter.
The # ETBC7L provides an adapter that converts the 4 pole provided by the # 118411 into both a 4 pole and a 7-way, as well as 20 feet of 12GA wire, a 40 amp circuit breaker and all the necessary hardware.
If you wish to obtain these parts separately, here's a listing of the part numbers.
• 4-pole to 7-way/4-pole adapter # 37185
• 12 gauge wire, # 12-1-1
• 40A circuit breaker # 9510
• Small ring terminal # 44-5310A (you'll need 2)
• Lg ring terminal # 44-5356A
You won't need the # A10-9394VP bracket, as one's inlcuded with the # 37185, and the # WS8-2 Weigh Safe ball mount would also be a great choice.
You won't need to install load resistors on the turn signal circuits on the trailer UNLESS the vehicle is equipped with a bulb out sensor that makes the turn signals hyperflash when a bulb is out. Because LED's draw only a fraction of the power of an incandescent, the bulb out sensor things that there's a burned out bulb. Installing load resistors like # DI34ZR will fix that issue by increasing the load on the circuit, thus fooling the sensor.
It seems like you've got a handle on what's needed to install a hitch, trailer connector and the Curt
# C51180 Echo wireless brake controller. I'll link to some installation and demonstration videos that you'll find helpful.
