Recommended Trailer Hitch And Wiring Harness For 2014 Honda Civic Sedan

C11391 I am looking to purchase this hitch and I wanted to know if the wiring harness comes with the hitch or not. Thank you,

The trailer hitches we offer for your 2014 Honda Civic do not include the trailer wiring. The Curt Class l Hitch, part # C11391 has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. If you plan on towing you also need the recommended ball mount # C45521. A note from Curt states that all non-trailer loads - bike racks, cargo carriers and so forth - should be supported with stabilizing straps like part # 18050. Failure to properly support these loads will void your hitch warranty from Curt.
This hitch has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening and a 200 lb tongue weight capacity.
I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # 118420 for your Civic. This simply plugs into the connection points located in the truck and gives you a 4-way connector at the rear of your vehicle.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
