Note: Key numbers should be recorded on Thule's product registration page and written down in the space provided in the One-Key System manual.
Thule's One-Key System makes it easy to secure all of your Thule racks, accessories, and other gear with just a single key. This kit includes 2 keyed-alike lock cylinders that are designed to mount in the empty lock core sockets of your Thule rack or to replace your rack's existing cores. It includes 2 over-molded keys that are comfortable to grip and easy to identify on your key chain, and 1 universal master key for adding or replacing lock cores.
Many Thule products - including roof rack feet - come ready to accept One-Key System cylinders. Just pop out the plastic lock plug, then use the included universal master key to install the new core in its place.
To replace an existing lock core simply unlock it and use the included master key to remove it. Once the existing core has been removed, pop in the new One-Key System lock.

We have had this for about a year. Just love how this hangs off a studd in our garage. Its at the right height to hang and pick up to put on the car. It was easy to install. I wish I had another one for my bike rack for non electric bikes.
The key cylinder fit perfect into my Thule T2 Classic 2 bike hitch. It works well. I feel my bike is secure with this new addition.
The product was exactly as described.
The part fit perfectly and it was a great value. I would recommend etrailer.com to anyone.
I’n all honesty, it is well built and performs as described. The negative is its excessive and overwhelming weight. It is impossible for my wife to use.

Had to drill out my locks as the previous owner broke both keys in the lock. Replacement was simple afterward and they work without issue.

Still working as good as ever. So happy I was able to find a replacement for my carrier locks.
I was shocked at how easy the cylinder was to replace. Perfect!
James was extremely helpful in selecting the correct replacement parts for a my bike rack lock. It arrived quickly. He also followed up to insure that the lock replacement went smoothly. Class act!
Exact swap out part.
I purchased a used Thule roof box which the previous owner had lost keys for the lock. These lock cylinders worked perfectly and were very easy to install.
The Thule bike rack has been great! It’s sturdy, easy to use, and is attached & removed from the hitch relatively easily. It was a great price and I’m very pleased with my purchases!

Great service delivered as promised
They were very prompt with letting me know that the locks for a Thule bike rack were not in stock and provided options. When I chose to wait the additional one to two weeks, they were very responsive with updates right up until they were delivered.
Installed today. Installation was extremely easy. It took about one minute per lock to install.

The locks are easy to use and have been effective. They work flawlessly and as advertised.
The roof rack is performing like a champ.
It is everything we wanted, researched and purchased, with your help off course.

Very easy to use and provide that extra layer of security
Great product. My only concern is that the locks came with no instructions. I found how to install them in the instructions for the Thule bike rack. If I had simply purchased the locks, then I might have been a little frustrated.
Great service from Etrailer on every item I have ordered from them. 2 hitches and a bike rack. Customer service is VERY good in todays world. They have not outsourced customer service! Thank you for that!
The keys are very hard to insert. One has constantly been stuck and won't turn to lock.

It could be a couple of issues causing the keys to be hard to . It could be a contaminated lock core dirt or salt in the cylinder, to fix flush with lock lubricant. It could be a key that is rough cut, that would would need to be wire brushed or sanded. It could also be installed incorrectly.
