  While I don't know exactly how far the Curt Hitch part # C15810 would hang below the bumper of your 2002 Ford Superduty I can tell you how you can figure it out. I went out into our warehouse and measured the distance from the mounting surface of the hitch down to the hitch opening and found that it measures 5-1/2 inches.
