Hitch was just fine, but I wish it had a place to mount the trailer plugs. It was very confusing on ordering the bolts. At the time I ordered it the new year model was not on the web site yet, but hitch placement did not change. I would have paid extra to have the bolts and away to mount the trailer plug.
The hitch was a breeze to install, it took about an hour taking my time. The electronic box took a little longer, but was easy as well. Since it's been on the Sprinter we've pulled a utility trailer (6x12) with gate and full sides. The hitch and relay box have worked flawlessly. I highly recommend the hitch, relay box and etrailer.

Everything is still working as it should. The hitch has not rusted out as predicted by a Mercedes snob on the Sprinter Forum. So glad I saved the money and went with your product.
Just installed today and seems very well constructed. Online instructions were helpful. Hangs a little lower than I anticipated. Needed to add trailer connector bracket.
I need a hitch for my sprinter ASAP Brandon was super knowledgeable and friendly It was delivered in two days. normally don’t write reviews but the service was spectacular so I wanted to make sure to let people know what great service they provide.
Ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Thursday. Build quality and finish look good. My only real disappointment is the hit wasn't packaged well for transportation (basically a large plastic bag wrapped and taped around the hitch) so it arrived with damage to the paint in a few areas. I touched it up with black spray paint before installation.
Installation was very easy. The bolts that held my rear step in place were already oriented correctly so I didn't have to remove them and reinsert from the opposite side. There was some overspray/over applications of the vehicle undercoating onto the mounting surface, but it was easily removed with a putty knife. I didn't have a second set of hands to help so I used a set of jack stands to support the main cross member of the hitch and simply pivoted it into place, sliding a bolt in on each side to keep in there before sliding under the van to install and torque the rest. 30 minutes start to finish.
Nice looking hitch. If it weren't for the shipping damage from the poor packing job I would have given it 5 stars.
Perfect match for my Sprinter. Website made it so easy to pick the right Hitch. eTrailer was so helpful too, and shipping was quick and professionally packaged.
Install was quick an easy. I would recommend a floor jack or extra set of hands to hold the hitch up while lining up the bolts.
I have had great products com from etrailers over the years! But this [hitch] from Curt is as bad of an example of American Workmanship I’ve ever seen! The welds are absolutely awful, I’ve been welding 35 years and 20 of that in robotics. I know Curt industries and would think they could produce better.
Hitch fit perfect, unfortunate had to modify aftermarket step bumper to make it work. Assume would not have to do with factory bumper

It did fit however it was tight around the muffler. Could be because I have a gas powered Mercedes Sprinter Van rather than diesel.
I have bought several trailer hitch receivers for different vehicles, they have all been excellent, no problems.

It is rare to happen however it does happen from time to time. I do see that we have shipped the correct hardware out to you. A quick way to check to make sure that the hardware is correct is to check the manual part number against the hitch part number.
Simple installation. Perfect fit for a 2020 Sprinter 2500 4x4 diesel. No interference from exhaust tailpipe. Requires 18mm socket ans wrench. Needed a 1/2 drive breaker bar w/ 18mm deep socket to loosen the bumper M12 bolts.
ETrailer was very easy to deal with. The purchase went smoothly online and once completed I received updates when its status changed until delivery. It even arrived on my doorstep in Alaska sooner than anyone local could promise. The receiver bolted right up to my van as I would expect a Curt product to.
The hitch was very easy to install. I installed just yesterday following the installation instruction. Take me 45 min to install by myself.
The hitch is good quality but it's shipped in plastic. My plastic came torn and my brand new hitch arrived scratched and missing paint.

great fit and great instructions
Fit perfectly on my 2010 sprinter and the instructions were very helpful.
Hitch is as described. Fits perfectly under the factory step. Very easy installation, if you follow directions it's almost effortless.
The hitch kit is great, super easy to install and is actually a lot sturdier than it looks in the picture. Hitch was missing a few tiny paint chips from the shipping method.
Side note, if you plan on removing your rear step make sure to order the plastic trim piece to replace it. It wasn’t until I started the install that I noticed the plastic trim for the step and the top lip of the “bumper” is all one piece.

This kit was easy to install and has served reliably for the full year. No complaints, if I needed a new hitch this would be my choice.
